Very helpful & knowledgeable. I got a shoddy system on Amazon, and rather than just installing it, the serviceman warned me that it was bad quality. He told me if I wanted he could refund me and I could find someone else to install it, then showed me the systems that were available in the store. He helped me pick out one that was better quality and much cheaper than what I'd originally bought, then refunded me for my original service purchase so I could pay for the system and service together, which he said would give me a discount. It only took about 45 minutes for him to install the system, and when he was done he showed me how to use it.

Great work! Did the job fast and well done. I sat in the waiting room with my toddler and waited patiently for what I thought would take over an hour but it took less than an hour.

Installer was great! He walked me through everything and did a phenomenal job.

The installation was done well and the unit looks good in the vehicle. I would have been nice to get a better overview of the system. We had to reload when we changed our battery in the vehicle and had some trouble. We went back to the Geek Squad and they could answer our questions since the person we had install was not there. I would have thought someone else could answer a couple questions on the setup.

We thought about buying a new car to get the latest tech. Instead we installed a new audio Car Play that provides amazing integration with Waze/Google Maps and sound quality. Complete handsfree operations using "Hey Siri" and makes my '09 Subaru super cool again. Plus my kids did think I bought a new car. Can be a little buggy but I think it is more to do with my ancient phone. One downside - would love for Car Play to be accessed through bluetooth instead of always eeding to plug it in

Very professional service, the guy who did my car had a lot of knowledge and was very skilled. And plus it was a free service if you buy the carplay from best buy. They also provided me with the best options that best correlates with my car and it has been a month and my carplay works amazing.

The stereo in my 2006 Toyota Solara convertible was original, and ready for an upgrade. The Best Buy technician was great and explained that Toyota runs a bunch of car sounds features (e.g., pinging sound when a door is open) through this stereo system. That plus the steering wheel interface made this a more complicated install. I have replaced stereos myself that were already replaced once, which is much easier because the first time the unique wiring set-up is spliced to a standardized wiring harness. When in doubt, best to leave to the professions and Best Buy technicians are definitely that!

It was a bit late in the evening and I was trying to figure out what replacement speakers would fit best for ease of install. We messaged back and forth for about ten minutes, then did a video call. He gave me different options, and what would both sound great and fit the factory speaker holes. I am super happy with the results!

The instalation was included free with my purchase, so it made the purchase easier since I am not one who would open up the dash of my car to install myself. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and then re-scheduling it was easy, too. The technician took my car into the service bay immediately, and I waited for less than an hour in the store for the work to be done. I did not choose to install hands-free on my steering wheel because it would’ve cost an additional $120 with parts and installation. Everything has worked well for the past month or so, and I have not had any problems.

The installation team did a great job of completing the installation quickly and correctly after they located my unit at another store. The Best Buy store I set up the appointment and purchase with scheduled the install at another store, but didn't ensure that the radio was there for a timely start. I am very impressed with the Geek Squad and the Store supervisor at the Independence Blvd. store in Virginia Beach.

Professional, fast, great job! I was going to have another audio place do the install but after reading reviews of Kokomo, IN Bestbuy installer it was a better option to choose best buy..So happy we did! Thanks !!

The service guy went over the call of duty. After installing me radio he show me how to operate it.

New car stereo in 2010 RAV4. When I arrived for my 10am appointment, the install crew wasn't even there. Maybe it was an actual random bad day, but the folks at the front desk were not at all surprised by them not being there. I was not the only 10am appointment. Then the actual install was half-assed. The trim pieces were not placed correctly, the USB was run through the glove box and they didn't even tell me that I needed a separate cord to hook up the steering wheel controls to the stereo. My wife ended up having to make a separate appointment and buy the additional cord for this issue.

The camera was already installed by my husband but he couldn’t get it to work correctly. The guys checked it out and ends up he left one wire unattached. They got it working.
