I had a 2:30PM appointment and the got me in around 2:20 and started installation. They finished early and called me promptly for pick up. Chris and Roger went over radio features but did not check Blue tooth microphone. While driving home I tried call someone and they could not hear me. I called the store the next day and Brian was upset it did not work properly. He asked how soon I could get there. We met an hour before they opened and he fixed the problem immediately. Destin Geek squad rocks!!!!!

They did an amazing job installing my Radio. When I had questions they were great at answering them. They were quick to do their work and they did a really good job implementing them. I've had no issues with any of the work they did and it has been quite a while since they put the radio in.

Easiest 5 star review ever. I tried to work with Car Toys on 3 different occasions, and each times was a pain. Car Toys gave me incorrect quotes (much more expensive then quoted), quoted incorrect parts, and had attitude. With Best Buy they showed me exactly what parts I needed, and exactly how much it would cost. They did make a mistake, and actually made it right with no questions asked. Very professional in their attitude and work. My hats off to one of the best experiences I have had. If you are hesitating...don't. I can't say enough good about the installers.

I purchased a digital media receiver for my car aka a car radio, and it was installed in a timely manner. I was very pleased to get the free installation which ultimately helped seal the deal on the purchase of the radio. The appointment was easy to schedule. The guy did a great job with a clean, professional look. There was no extra charges unless I wanted to add the back up camera or add the steering wheel controls, etc. I decided to stick with the free installation and that's exactly what I got. Thanks Best Buy!

The install service is FANTASTIC. Very pleased with their work. They flush mounted our KENWOOD radio and remote start. They installed the microphone & remote start antenna and it is not noticeable at all.

The install guy was super fast but I only rate it a 3 because. We drop off the vehicle 30 minutes before are install appointment. He said it would take one hour. We went and did some shopping for 1 1/2 hours came back and he had not even started on my vehicle. There was no phone call telling us anything. When I ask why he had not started he replied. We are not allowed to back out the vehicles and was waiting on the owner of the vehicle in the bay to arrive. I get that but he pulled in the vehicle and there was another bay open he could of used.

I purchased a Pioneer radio and back up camera and had Best Buy install it all for me. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job on the installation. I got the free installation with the purchase of the radio but had to pay for the camera. Though it was all done at the same time, they still charged extra for the camera which I was a little disappointed. The lifetime warranty on the installation though is worth noting. Overall I am very satisfied with the service. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Joe was patient and diligent belong me choose the best unit for my vehicle. He did an excellent job making sure everything was exactly perfect. Professional and knew his stuff. Excellent experience and would not hesitate to come back in the future .

The technician gave me a call a couple days before the installation to give me a run down on what I needed and how the process would go. Once I got to my appointment, he made sure to give me another run down and the estimated time it would be finished. He finished right on time and spent 20 minutes going through the features of the aftermarket stereo he installed. He was super informative and it was clear he was highly advanced in doing his job. I recommend him 110%!

The agent, ED, installed a Pioneer radio with hands free cell phone capability and a back up camera in a older car I purchased for my daughter in less then 4 hours. Even though there was a problem with the wiring that was shipped to my house he reordered the damaged part and reschedule the appointment within a week. The work was done quickly and professionally

I had a full stereo install completed on my Porsche Cayenne with the Geek Squad at the East Brunswick NJ location. As someone who is VERY particular about my vehicles, I chose this location, and Auto Install Tech Mike personally. This is the second install I had completed there, and I am 100% satisfied again! Mike's attention to detail and his professionalism are second to none. Kudos to him and the rest of the staff at Best Buy. Do not hesitate for a minute with these guys - they are the BEST!!! Thanks!

Bought a second one for my daughter! I wish my Fj Cruiser had a better location for the camera other than my license plate

The techs that installed my audio system did a very professional job and my unit looked as if it was installed in the car when I purchased it from Chrysler. The only thing I had trouble with was trying to set an appointment in a reasonably short time period because they were understaffed and had to borrow techs from other locations to do the job after waiting almost three weeks for the original appointment on a weekday afternoon.

The guys mounted my new digital media center. It is amazing! They were amazing! I appreciate their knowledge and attention to detail. Professional and polite. I highly recommend the Goeek Squad!

The Car Installers at Best Buy are knowledgeable, precise and perfect in their installing techniques. The prices to install are very reasonable and cheaper than the two car installer shops I contacted. I had purchased my navigation unit, camera etc at Crutchfields and brought it to the Best Buy car geeks to install along with the installation necessities supplied to me from Crutchfields. The man at Best Buy gave a complete 'How to operate this" to us after installation. Would certainly recommend Best Buy car geek squad to do any further installation I or anybody else needs to have.

Our Best Buy installer Nick is fabulous!! We could not say enough about his great customer service. He helped us with the same unit on several occasions prior to purchase. While waiting on our arrival of headrest DVDs to arrive he researched a question concerning the radio and called us with out us even asking. His install was in a timely matter and he went out of his way to give curtsey calls during the install time. He took the extra time and was very patent while demoing the unit once installed. Great job and strongly encourage others to ask for him at the Denton location.

The installer, Cody, was excellent and was very informative, letting me know what he was going to do and how long it would take. It turned out I needed another part that I hadn't previously purchased and he called to let me know and asked if I wanted to purchase the part or not instead of just putting it in and charging me later. He was very helpful and professional!
