Installed. Pioneer 521 radio/CD player by your agents. Was ultimately very satisfied with the performance of this product and the professional high quality installation.

The auto install team was quick, courteous, and clean. After the installation, the staff explained their warranty and oriented me with my new purchase. Before leaving they answered my questions about add-ons and upgrades, then invited me back if I had any future questions about my system.

I love Geek Squad at Best Buy. There always so knowledgable and super friendly. The guy who installed my new car radio was great!! Nice guy and had in installed quicker then he estimated. I will continue to purchase my electronics at Best Buy. Thank you!!!

One guy failed me and told me that i need thi in order to get it work. Bought it and came back, different person installed my gear and told me that i dont need the product to get it to work. What im saying is, some of them are not knowledgeable enough to work in you car. Challenge them some questions too.

Had Kenwood receiver installed. Zero issues and tech added my phone and explained the details. Called about 2 weeks later to make sure everything was ok.

The gentlemen who assisted in the installation of my car radio where very careful when handling my car. They even made me aware that in the 2006 Nissan Altima the dash is prone to crack before they started the installation... which I already knew cuz my dash was already cracked. Even so they were extra careful in handling my car! Overall the installation came out Clean and precise..

Brandon and Jesse were very professional! Brandon took time explaining the many features of my new car audio! He was extremely patient! I would highly recommend these guys they do an awesome job and have good customer service skills!

Radio was installed I guess the best the could. Just be careful if you bringing your own equipment to be installed. Asked a lot of questions about If you will loose features of the new radio. And asked for your extra parts to be returned to you. Overall good job and quick.

I was very cautious in who I would let touch my vehicle after going to Best Buy in Ithaca NY. and speaking with Brian. He'd made us feel so comfortable because he was so knowledgeable and his professionalism was out standing and his work was even better

I purchased a amp and speaker install and I had a N/C receiver install (Pioneer AVH-4201NEX) and was installed at the end of Sept 2017 I The XM Radio and steering wheel controls did not completely work. I went back and waited for my Truck now 6 or 7 times for at least 3 to 6 hours each time. After the fifth time the XM and most of the steering wheel controls were working but still had issues with changing channels for XM presets and now we are on either 6 or 7 times back to Best Buy and the channel changing still is not working. I supplied a Crux wiring harness at first and now supplied a Maestro wiring harness and steering wheel control (at $200) to try to help narrow down the issues with the channels not changing and was charged a install fee for installing it. Now a new issue, the HDMI on my Iphone 7+ with the Pioneer doesn't work or recognize the Iphone. for HDMI and the Apple Car Play has a hiss noise.

I had the factory installed radio/CD player in my daughter's 2005 Honda Civic upgraded to a new Kenwood CD/DVD, Bluetooth, Apple iPod-ready receiver. The Geek Squad Autotech was awesome. He was ready at the scheduled appointment, texted me when the car was ready. He spent time afterwards explaining every aspect of the new receiver as well as the lifetime workmanship guarantee. He was totally professional, friendly, etc.

I purchased a Kenwood Stereo System and a Compustar 360 security system as a gift. The gift was actually installed at the Tualitin, OR location of Best Buy by Chris. He was great. Communication, cleanliness and just total package. A few hickups with my order, but he got it resolved very quickly. All work done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use their service again.

Wow! Love me my geeks! My Tech was aware of problems due to external problems from a faulty window repair. He fought for me to get it covered and when you have the “ power of the geeks”, whom are known for advanced technical training, the Window repair people replaced my entire car stereo without hesitation!

The actual installation was done well and completed in a little over two hours. The only complaint and reason i gave it 3 stars instead of five was the waiting area access. My wife took the truck in and wanted to leave and get some breakfast but was not permitted to leave via the store, but had to walk outside for about 1500 feet in a pretty vacant rear areas of the strip mall to get to the front entrance area of the Best Buy. It is not a safe situation for that. Then when she came back the outside door to the waiting area was locked and she couldn't get a hold of anyone to get in. She had to walk back around to the front store entrance and find someone that would unlock the door. They insisted that she would have to walk back around to the rear entrance and would not allow her to enter through the store. This is a bad setup and unsafe.

I ended up not buying the product, but largely due to the Geek Squad being honest with me. My old one did not seem to work well, but what I was buying would not have been a big improvement for my needs. It was great that they were honest with me. Even though I didn't buy the product, it instilled confidence in the company's values.

Guys are Best Buy are the best. They did not try to sell me something I didn’t need just listened to what I wanted. Install was perfect, no issues

Rain or shine, daylight or night time, a great companion when driving. Staff is good in recommending and works fast. Friendly as well.

I bought this in dash stereo unit for my mother for Christmas. She drives a 15 year old car with a failing radio. The Geek Squad did an awesome job on the install, including installing the microphone for the bluetooth system in the unit. She loves her new stereo and is getting used to all the new gadgets that come with it!! They really did a nice clean install.....would definitely use them again!!

John did an excellent job installing my car stereo! Even after I was late for my appointment, he found the time to install my car radio quickly and efficiently. This was a Christmas present for my fiancé and it would’ve been ruined if it wasn’t for him. Thank you John!

The guys where very professional and definitely knew there stuff. They asked all the right questions to order everything ahead of time and the finish product is flawless looks good in the dash and functions perfectly
