Installation for a Pioneer Double DIN deck was flawless! Dan (9 years experience) had incredible knowledge and installation advice. Joe (33 years experience) did the job while going above and beyond expectations. Updates the look of an aging car as if it were factory. I have scheduled speaker, amp, backup camera and car starter install. Much more than I expected in every way. Highly recommend.

The install guy at the Selma location is awesome and had the radio installed in about 45 mins! He originally helped me order the few parts it needed. This radio makes my 2015 jeep look so much better. Very nice quality.

When I picked out the radio I needed for my Mercedes Sprinter van Steve assisted with the selection and ensured we ordered all parts necessary for a clean professional install. It was done in a fast-paced didn't take at all time to put in and install. The problem I have with it is that they only do the bare minimum and they need to tell people this. On top of that not all of my part of that came with the part I was putting in was returned back to me I was missing two things and never got them back

This is the best car radio I've ever had, and love the fact that it's for iPhone users. It may not come with Bluetooth as many people wish you did but since it has an auxiliary, I just put a wireles since it has an auxiliary, I just put auxiliary Bluetooth receiver that was about 10 bucks and resolve that issue. Besides that, love the CarPlay and recommend anybody who uses Siri while They drive.

James was very knowledgeable, helping me order correct components and insuring I knew how to use all back up camera and car stereo features after installation, before I left store.

My technician was hands down the BEST! Well informed and had my radio installed efficiently and effectively. I even went back a few months later when I had a small problem and he solved my problem at no additional cost. It wasn’t even the radio installed that was the problem it was my cell phone. He still fixed.

What can I say Mr. James and Mr. D. 2 installs. 2 completely satisfied visits for both installs. 1 on my 2012 jeep JK... Sony double din. second 2011 Ridgeline same radio plus rear view camera. These guys deserve 10 stars a smile every time, and professional service. Guys keep up the good work

The radio installation experience was great. The installer did a great factory like appearance install. Would have given 5 stars if the right parts were received when the original purchase was made. Due to incorrect part being ordered, my install date was further out waiting on new part to arrive.

All the above items were used to install my JVC audio/video double din system in my VW Tiguan by Cherokee and Chris of the geek squad. The system works great and Cherokee and Chris went above and beyond to make everything just right. They not only did an outstanding job, they did it without delay. The tech recommended between Ken wood or pioneer my two choices and was spot on. Would definitely recommend pioneer head unit with alpine speakers and Geek squad install. Very professional job all around. The amp really boost the output another good recommendation from tech, he really knew what he was doing and how to set it up for the best sound. My Tundra has never sounded better.

The agents were so professional and did all the work within ONE hour when online it said it was going to take 6 hours. Highly recommend Best Buy!
