The tech recommended between Ken wood or pioneer my two choices and was spot on. Would definitely recommend pioneer head unit with alpine speakers and Geek squad install. Very professional job all around. The amp really boost the output another good recommendation from tech, he really knew what he was doing and how to set it up for the best sound. My Tundra has never sounded better.

Did a great job on the install & tested it. I was disappointed that they did not hook up my factory backup camera to it. The unit has a input for one but was told I would need another appointment to have it done. Said the picture would not be as clear as my rear view mirror (small corner picture ) was.I waited over a month for the appointment & drove 60 miles to have it done. I asked after the installation was compleated if it worked on the screen & was told no.We would need to locate the camera wire to do it & we need more time?! I thought that was part of the job/appointment I set up!

The radio installation experience was great. The installer did a great factory like appearance install. Would have given 5 stars if the right parts were received when the original purchase was made. Due to incorrect part being ordered, my install date was further out waiting on new part to arrive.

My technician was hands down the BEST! Well informed and had my radio installed efficiently and effectively. I even went back a few months later when I had a small problem and he solved my problem at no additional cost. It wasn’t even the radio installed that was the problem it was my cell phone. He still fixed.

The installation tech was fantastic. He answered all of my questions i had and provided insight and advice on product navigation and usage going forward, during and after the appointment.

The agent was super helpful and installed the car stereo in less time than I expected. He also took the time to show my son how to use it. I would definitely recommend

I am basically all "thumbs" when it comes to dealing with electronics other than turning them on and turning them off. The professional installation was done quickly, cleanly and instructions on operating the unit were provided once the installation was complete. Very reasonably priced for the service provided.

What can I say Mr. James and Mr. D. 2 installs. 2 completely satisfied visits for both installs. 1 on my 2012 jeep JK... Sony double din. second 2011 Ridgeline same radio plus rear view camera. These guys deserve 10 stars a smile every time, and professional service. Guys keep up the good work

Bought an aftermarket 10 inch multimedia car stereo and had one of Bestbuy techs do the installation. Did a fantastic job get everything buttoned up and looking like factory finish. Great job. Thanks again

The Fredericksburg install crew was excellent! They really took care of me. They had to run a new rear camera cable which was not priced into the installation. But since the unit I purchased had a camera included they did it without additional charge. They even hooked up the navigation unit from the previous unit. Kudos to them. They did a fantastic job.

The installation service of this product was unsatisfactory - some of it has to do with the product but some of it has to do with the employee that installed it. Not friendly, Nothing was explained, left a wire hanging out but never explained what it was for, disconnected the steering wheel buttons so now they’re useless. Not an upgrade.

Great install and service. Everything went as planned and they communicated everything very well! The technician definitely knew what he was doing and offered up any extra conversation or help that I wanted - awesome! Couldn't be happier (been about 1 month now) and would refer anyone to get their install done here.

Would give a five but they failed to connect entena so radio doesn’t work , was gift to boyfriend so he is not happy

I bought a double din Pioneer head unit and had the Geek Squad install it for me in my 1st Gen BMW X5. Got it on sale and Geek Squad did an awesome job installing it. The installer was very easy to deal with and did an excellent job with installation. Absolutely no problems and the pricing on everything was beyond reasonable. Thx!

Overall very satisfied with my purchase of my kenwood touch screen head unit. I had Best Buy install it and was pleased with the great work they put into it. It works better than ever in my truck and is simple and easy to use. I even have a kenwood sub and amplifier hooked up to it and the sound is crystal clear. I guess you can say I am a kenwood guy through and through thanks Best Buy.

The install guy at the Selma location is awesome and had the radio installed in about 45 mins! He originally helped me order the few parts it needed. This radio makes my 2015 jeep look so much better. Very nice quality.

Robbie did an amazing job!! He was super patient with me and all my questions, and knew everything I needed for the instal. I would definitely return for any future updates!

The service was excellent. They took my car right on time and were done before the estimate. The installation looked great and liked it was factory installed. The tech even spent some time showing us all the features and ensured we didn't have any questions. Highly recommend.

The is my second use of the Best Buy stereo installation service in as many weeks. The quality of service was just as good the second time round. These guys know their stuff - no unnecessary cuts into my car - everything worked right first time. And there were no surprise fees for wires, connectors or anything like that. Got a text when it was ready, a few minutes earlier than promised.
