Geek Squad installed a Sony in dash multimedia uint and four Kicker speakers into our Rav4. Installation was completed in time stated and finish was clean. Scheduling online was a breeze and installer was ready at scheduled time.

I am basically all "thumbs" when it comes to dealing with electronics other than turning them on and turning them off. The professional installation was done quickly, cleanly and instructions on operating the unit were provided once the installation was complete. Very reasonably priced for the service provided.

The agent did a great job showing me how to work the radio and all the features and componets it has. The agent test the radio with my phone for connection check and making sure everything is working.

Service from the team was excellent from trying to pick the best stereo for my wants, all the way to pickup after installation. Would highly recommend

I bought a new car stereo at best buy, and I was offered a free installation. And they did great job.

The Fredericksburg install crew was excellent! They really took care of me. They had to run a new rear camera cable which was not priced into the installation. But since the unit I purchased had a camera included they did it without additional charge. They even hooked up the navigation unit from the previous unit. Kudos to them. They did a fantastic job.

The service was excellent. They took my car right on time and were done before the estimate. The installation looked great and liked it was factory installed. The tech even spent some time showing us all the features and ensured we didn't have any questions. Highly recommend.

I bought a double din Pioneer head unit and had the Geek Squad install it for me in my 1st Gen BMW X5. Got it on sale and Geek Squad did an awesome job installing it. The installer was very easy to deal with and did an excellent job with installation. Absolutely no problems and the pricing on everything was beyond reasonable. Thx!

The agents were able to install the steering controls for my car radio. I was a little disappointed that I was told I would need to buy a part, that was then not needed for the install. I purchased from another retailer and had to return. I was also disappointed that when I had the radio installed 2 weeks prior, that they didn’t tell me about the steering wheel controls not working or another cost to get that installed fixed when they did the original installation. Everything is working as expected, just wish I didn’t get hit up for an extra charge and another few hour appointment when it could have a been done the first time.

I probably could have installed the display myself, but it certainly would have taken much longer than the 30 min or so it took the pro. He did a great job, but my brightness dial for the dash wasn't pushed back in all of the way. Minor error does not detract from how much easier it was to have this installed.

I wanted to let you know that D in the installation department is a great person and he did a professional job of installing my Sony Stereo in our Pilot. If you need a stereo installed, please go to Elk Grove and have D do your installation. Great work and a good person.

These guys are great! I always hire these guys! They have always been Great on TVs and wires. Now car stereos also! 2007 Toyota but now has new tunes and back up camera, etc…. Sweet sounds!

Made my appointment & took about 90 mins for installation. After the associate went over how to use my new stereo & double checked connections when a previously installed speaker,from another company , wasn't working. Loose wires in speaker that geek squad didn't install but found the reason for it not working. Guaranteed & great service

Overall very satisfied with my purchase of my kenwood touch screen head unit. I had Best Buy install it and was pleased with the great work they put into it. It works better than ever in my truck and is simple and easy to use. I even have a kenwood sub and amplifier hooked up to it and the sound is crystal clear. I guess you can say I am a kenwood guy through and through thanks Best Buy.

Installation Department did a great job it actually looks like a Factory install unit. They showed me how to work the device, how to connect my cell phone, how to operate the GPS. They got it in Faster than I expected. They even pushed up my install date as my original install date was right on Super Bowl Sunday.
