+My installation was not run of the mill but the techs went above and beyond to get it done right and on time

I was going to install it myself with the help of a friend. It became instantly way to complicated. Thought I could save some money. Took it into the Geek Squad. I am so glad I did. He knew exactly where to put all the cables and wires including the back up camera. How to take off and replace any and all covering to hide the wiring. I'm so satisfied!!!!!!

The Agents installed my remote start and alarm first then i had my radio installed and then back up camera , they did superior work everything they installed worked great , there was no mess left i will do business with them again. Great Job Thanks

My stereo install was more complex than usual, having to deal with integrating two existing dvd players in the back seat, steering wheel control buttons, and a back up camera. But Jonathan Palacios at the Riverside store walked me through the whole process and got the job done right. Thank you Jonathan for helping a not so tech savvy person!

Interactions were great from the start, explaining what he was going to be doing and gave me a time frame of an hour I come back an hour later (went shopping/browsing in the meantime) and it was all complete. The installer walked me through on how to use the radio and what functions were on it plus my warranty.

I had the Geek Squad install my new stereo into the car. They were professional and courteous, and the agent worked hard to ensure that everything was installed and working correctly. Once he was finished, he brought me out to demonstrate how to use the stereo and to assist me in setting up the sound to a premium quality. I appreciated the care taken.

My factory installed GPS in my vehicle was acting up and was old. I asked for a good price with install from my dealership, but found that Best Buy offered the best deal. Now I have a new upgraded GPS installed in my vehicle and I am very satisfied with it so far.

My install was to be done the day after purchase. I was browsing the computers and having my questions answered when the installer came to me and told me there had been a cancellation, and they could do my install immediately. The job was completed in about 40 minutes. Looks like an original factory install. Thanks "Geek Squad" for a job well done.

Although my aftermarket radio was installed, the guy who installed my radio didn’t properly program my maestro unit for my steering wheel controls. When I told him my controls weren’t working, he told me he didn’t know how to program. The other guy installing equipment on another car when asked said the same thing also. I paid almost $200 extra for that equipment and it was not installed correctly.

Our tech did a stereo install on our older vehicle, which took a lot of retrofitting. This stereo now looks like a factory unit with all the incredible upgrades a 2017 unit provides. Super knowledgable, highly professional...and not enough good words to describe. Never hesitate to let the Geek Squad do your install. Especially at the Missoula store!

The agents did a great job but one thing was left on my passenger door, the screw cover on my handle was not replaced,. I looked to see if it fell out but could not find it in the car.
