I bought Incredibles2 and there is a loud, crackling distortion on the blu-ray audio track. I returned the movie in exchange for another blu-ray of the same movie and the distortion is on that copy too. Best Buy told me I cannot return the movie so I am stuck with it... the DVD doesn't have the distortion so I can still watch the movie on that disc, but I wish I had bought the 4K UHD disc instead; hopefully the distortion isn't on the 4K disc.

After several years of waiting I was anticipating the release and continuation of the Incredibles. I was waiting for the movie tone to pick up and go somewhere but it never did. It sounded like the evening news. All doom and gloom. Glad I didn't see it at the theaters for a terrible price. A sad, bummer movie... But Jack Jack was great!

First of all I love this movie and love the Incredibles... but this 4K version is total crap! The voice dubbing is horrible... doesn't even match when the characters are speaking... sometimes they talk when the animation doesn't and other times the characters mouth move without words... and I mean it's bad! Not sure if the whole run is this way or not but Disney messed up a great movie!

Most of the movie plays fine. Exactly at 57 minutes it starts to freeze and then stops playing. This is confirmed on two 4k players now. The bluray version included is fine. I'll update my review if I can get a working replacement.
