almost what I needed

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a tool chest with a three pronged male connection and wanted this to mate it to the surge protector near it. The chest is not corded so I got this in effort to bridge the gap. Well the female portion of this cord is too thick for my use case since it is squared. Hopefully I find another use for this. At least it was cheap. Now I have to use a standard extension cord that will be way longer than necessary to make my connection. It works, just not for my tool chest.

Electrical tape may be needed to keep a snug fit.
