It does take some time to put together, I had about two hours and a half in it. Got to the last part of putting the brackets on the back of my tv and one of them is defective. The knob yo tighten it is stripped out and won’t tighten. Best Buy wants me to disassemble the stand to return it so that I can be given a new one to bring home and spend another 2 and a half hours putting together!!! Seriously!!! Not what I wanted to here from customer service.

You can't even put 5x7 photo on it. It would have went right back to the store, but it took my husband hours to put it together with all it's nuts and bolts and confusing directions. I definitely wouldn't buy it again, infact, I will be replacing this one

Instructions State don't lift by the shelves. This is a little odd because there is nothing else to get ahold of to move it. Kind of stupid I think

The only problem was the set screws to keep the tv from moving was stripped out from the factory when the screw was put in at the factory. Had the base all put together and didnt want to deal with taking it back. Had to tap it out and find another screw but can't tilt the tv now because it's a screw and not a adjustment type screw he can use to turn. I'd get another one but was upset about quality control for this.

Manufacturing defects

It was missing threads for the screws that are supposed to hold TV boom on the back.

I called Best Buy as well as Insiginia and they both placed the blame on the other party. I didnt notice the split until after I put it together.

I liked the design but the salesman wasn't even sure if it came with the mount so he sold us another one
