I have owned my braava m6 since may/June 2020. I love this machine. I can tell it which room I want it to do first! I wish it had a little more power to get over certain floor saddles, but I absolutely love my braava and would buy it again without hesitation!

Would be great if it worked correctly. I have it set up on a schedule with the iRobot vacuum and 9/10 times there’s always an error. It can’t get off its own base or there was an error that it can’t find it’s battery….. And the fact that you have to waste a mop pad last to map you’re house is a little irritating.

The Braava Jet m6 has taken floor cleanliness to the next level in our home. We have LVP throughout our home with 2 cats and a dog. The mop sprays just enough cleaner to do the job and not create a slip hazard. It gives our floors a fresh mopped look and feel that the Roomba cannot do alone. It cleans coffee drips and water spots, plus the light dust and dander from the animals.

Product looks great!!! It cleans all round the house. Great product

It’s a great product but if you have a house I wouldn’t recommend it. This is more for like a small apartment with wood floors. It won’t clean tiles very well and it takes a long time to finish. I have a one story home approx 2900 sqft and it literally takes around 3 hrs to clean just my living spaces. Not including bedrooms and restrooms.

This saves time and keeps my floors bearable, but not pristine.

My bravajet M6 constantly has navigation errors or says it has completed a job but in fact misses 2 rooms completely (usually the kitchen and dining room). This robot has been been so unreliable and has been more of a hassle than a helping hand. I wish I could return it! My neato botvac always completes it's jobs with minimal issues. IRobot needs to fix the firmware on it's robots because it's obviously bugged on both mops and vacuums.

Does the job that I need to do when I am lazy I do appreciate the help lol

Good mopper for -vinyl floors-Needs more attention after each use

This mop leave marks everywhere on my vinyl flooring. Please don't buy and waste your money. I bought it to use in my newly built home with new vinyl flooring and it left tire marks everywhere on my floor after drying. I contacted IRobot and they are just giving me run around like I may using too much of cleaning solution or use water or my tires needs to be replaced and on and on and on. IRobot customer service is as bad as this mop. They promise to send me new tires so I can try to see if new wheels won't create markings on my floor and it's been a month now and have not received new tires from them. Just don't waste your money I am out money and I have mop that doesn't clean by leaving marks everywhere.

The day it wants to clean it works perfect but when it doesn’t which is most of the time it’s supper stressful and annoying. You fill the water tank you do everything right and it keeps on saying “please fill tank then press clean” and there’s no way to override it. It’s a big problem that a lot of people complain about online. So pretty much worked perfectly in the beginning and you write a good review but the longer you have it the worst it behaves. I’ve looked up this issue online and it’s a very big problem i’ve tried contacting support and they do not answer at all. I’ve sent emails and tried calling but no answer. It’s a problem pretty easy to fix they just need to add a safety seating in the app that you can turn off to override what the machine thinks.

Great mop. It maps out the tile and then you can schedule it to mop spaces or the whole map. We have it mop everything 2 days a week and the floors stay nice.

We bought a iroomba a year ago and have enjoyed it thoroughly. So we purchased the M6 mop and was happy after the first use.

Mops very effectively. Wet and dry mopping is available. The mopping process takes time but worth waiting.

Unfortunately I’ve to say this product doesn’t work properly. Very often gives an error because of “tank low” which is incorrect. If I knew this before I wouldn’t payed almost $400 for it. Not even a $100
