Good for one 2560 x 1440 monitor plus...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Note that with all USB video extenders (not just this one), only one monitor can be in (2560 x 1440). If you are looking to have to 2560 x1440's, USB will not support this. The second monitor will be at a lesser resolution. If you are using a laptop, more than likely you already have some type of video output (display port, HDMI, VGA) that can support 2560 x 1440. I'm using this device to do just that and it works great!

Posted .One of the HDMI ports can output resolutions up to 4K, while the other can output resolutions up to 2048 x 1152.
Worth the splurge for Work from Home setup

Seamless monitor displays, with no lags. It does allow for screen duplication or extended. Worked great for my new work from home set up. Also does not seem to get hot from use as the other one did.

By adding this adapter to a laptop setup you can add two additional monitors and really increase your productivity. I personally do not think that I could go back to working on just one monitor. We appreciate you taking your time to post a review.

I had purchased a cheaper one at anI can trother store and it crashed my computer. Bought this one and it works wonderful. I needed a little help from the manufacturer's tech support, but they were great. Top notch.

small/ compact

However I don't like it just hanging from my computer. I like that it's small and portable if I never needed to take it with me. I will likely add a little velcro to it just to keep it from "hanging around" in the way. Does it's job and wasn't overly expensive.

It works great but requires an install

When I tried on my Mac it worked fine but I had to go to the website to download a driver. When I tried on my work windows it would not let me because the driver could not be installed (security reasons). If this didn't require a download it would have been perfect. Instead I had to return it.

I plugged it into my laptop, plugged in my two monitors, and before I could sit down everything was working. Great product!

I needed to be able to integrate my work laptop into my sweet setup I already had at home. This was the perfect addition. I am able to use the display ports for my gaming pc right off the video card, and I use the hdmi connections for this adapter to my work laptop. You do need a USB 3.0 port to plug it into, but it was recognized right away. I am able to hook and unhook my laptop easily all the time with no issues. I also got a USB switcher so I could use the same keyboard and mouse for the laptop and desktop. I am very happy with this product!!

Now I have two monitors with HDMI connected and no issues. I am not a gamer I just work on my business so not sure how it would work if I was a gamer

Posted .The adapter is not intended for graphic intensive applications, such as gaming. Best for basic usage such as Microsoft application, browser's (google, firefox, etc.). Thank you for your review.

The setup was easy and quick. I also had to buy a multi-port USB hub. after connecting this, my second USB port was used by the wireless mouse and keyboard. So I had no extra USB ports.

Very pleased with performance and quality. Note: one of the hdmi outs is standard HDMI and the other is 4k. not sure why but doesnt affect me as I only need this set up for work.
