Great keyboard. It feels good when you are typing on it.

This keyboard fits in a weird niche. The mechanical keys are good enough but the overall minimalistic form feels weird. The lights turn off too quickly for my liking.

This keyboard is ok. The best thing about it is being able to connect i to multiple computers. The keyboard is easy to move around and can be used on whatever computer you want.

I bought this keyboard because Jlab is a good, solid company and the mechanical key presses felt great on the store demo. Little did I know that this Epic keyboard would start to act like it was 20 years old in just under 3 weeks. It misses key presses now, sometimes multiple times when you press the key repeatedly trying to get the correct letters on the screen, especially frustrating when typing user names and passwords. I spend a lot of time going back and correcting the mny, many typos and misspellings this keyboard creates.
But that is not all, the keyboard will also generate multiple charcters machine gun stylearound 10 to 15 for a single keystroke. FYI I'm going to leave the errors and missed keystrokes in my review because I'm tired of this. Naturally this started only a single day after Best Buys scant 2 week return window closed on me. Murphy's law strikes again
Now I have to box this Epic failure up and send it off to California and wait for Jlabs to get around to determining if they deem it defective and then wait for a new product, at least I hope it will be new, to be shipped back to me.
I had faith in Jlab but I'm left wondering if there is no end in sight for just how bad products can go these days in the search for profit.

Has decent key feel, some sort of brown plastic in the switches, but doesn't work with any kind of USB cable, only with the USB dongle or bluetooth, making it useless for a machine that can't spare a usb-C port. Moves the pgup/pgdn/home/end keys with no software method of fixing. Also tends to spam random keys while games are running, making it impossible to use for games. One more thing, was 25% more expensive in store, paid $160 in store and is $130 online. Would rate 0 but this is a 4 star rating scheme.
