    It is very nicely made, great looking, pour spout locks great, no dripping. However I bought it for my ice water and it does not keep it cold for long. But my coffee stays hot till the last drop. I feel safe handling the hot liquid because of the great closure.

    The Keurig thermal cup is not only convenient being that it goes straight into cup while brewing, it actually keeps my coffee heated being that I don't drink my coffee until I have reached my work destination. It is truly leak proof even when I have sealed it in a zip lock and put in my satchel to remove and find no leaks size for me not to small not to big I have used numerous times, best travel thermal ever for quick trips Thanks Keurig and I got it on sale!

    The mug is great, keep my coffee hot/arm for quite a long time when I get involved with something else; in the past I came back to a cold cup of coffee. I like the screw down lid, and how well it seals. It works perfectly with my Keurig coffee maker, which has just 6" of space. I would love to see a 12 oz or 14 oz just like this one that fit's under my machine brewing spout.

    I'm very pleased with this thermal cup (mug) because it is short enough so that the coffee or hot chocolate goes directly into the mug, without have to use an intermediary cup. Most other travel mugs are too tall to accept the brewed beverage. Previously I had to pour the coffee from a regular mug into a taller travel mug. This mug holds a full 12 ounces, so it's perfect for me. I'll be getting some of these for friends.

    The cup fits well in your hand with rubber grips, does not leak if dropped when snapped shut , and easily fits the coffee maker. However it does a poor job if insulating both hot and cold beverages for any length of time.
