Not one of Walken's best acting performances but still a good overall movie

A very unknown film. Eveyone knows the Godfather, Scarface, New Jack City and others but very few have seen this one. An underground classic nothing but big named actors and an overall good experience. If you like ganster films you need to see this one.

This is a great gangster classic, at the time it came out, with some good actors who became even bigger with more roles. It is a good movie for fans who like the gritty crime scene kind of movie.

I just saw this movie and was not aware of how good it was. All the actors were rising outstanding stars, and today by contrast you can see why.

The plot line is predictable and poor. Going into it one would think, Christopher Walken as a drug lord, this moving is amazing. That will lead to complete disappointment. His acting was very sub-par and the only redeeming aspect was the few good camera scenes.
