Expensive, but I like it. It has a lot of features, but haven’t used all of them yet.

Product was on back order for weeks, then when we finally get the product leaves a big gab in our cabinets. Kitchen Aide states we must spend another $150.00 for a spacer kit to make it fit. I gave our sales people our dimensions and was sold a product that doesn't fit and we are being asked to pay additional money to make it work.

It works fine but wish it had more flexible and individual buttons than just waiting for the display to scroll through options. It works and heats well though.

HAVE TO ADMIT THOUGH, THAT THE MICROWAVE SEEMS TO BE TOO SMART FOR IT'S OWN GOOD. IT DOESN'T HEAT THINGS UP AS FAST AS OUR OLD $100 MICROWAVE FROM WAL MART. ALL IN ALL, IT WAS A GOOD PURCHASE AND IT'LL WORK.
