On Mar. 23 of 2016 (2 years 2 months)the door handle broke, wouldn't allow the door to open and microwave kept running after the timer hit zero. They NEVER made parts for this model (except for drive cog and feet)!!! DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! My recommendation would be to buy the cheapest one on the market because NONE of them last!!!!!!!

I spent more money on it because of the name. The oven did have some convenient features and it held full size dishes. I really liked it while it worked. Unfortunately the product does not last and the repair man said it wasn't worth fixing. He recommended another brand.

After a bureaucratic nightmare of trying to get Whirlpool to honor their warranty, we finally got a replacement in September. Now its February 2016 and the replacement just died.
