The design is clean and it looks great just being left on the counter. I really like that it has the over sized slots for making toast from non-standard bread. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because there is no in between setting on the timer. So 3 is a bit under, but 4 is over.

Great toaster for family breakfasts

Used to have to wait in shifts for bread to be done and by the time everyone sat down, meals were getting cold. Only complaint is that sometimes half the bread is well done and the other half is very lightly toasted. Appearance is great, fits well with kitchen decor.

Even if you only have one piece of bread, all four toaster burners turn on each time. With that said, making toast for my large family has never been easier!

Exactly what I expected from KitchenAid!
