Big upgrade from my old XP PC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was great first day, then the video driver drop and recovered. Happened several times. Sound stopped working, have to hit button above power switch for sound. Tried to use backup but failed it also caused the system to crash (blank screen). Did reset back to factory settings, came up clean and I then downloaded windows 10. Everything but the sound is working great now. Still have to push the button above power switch. Not given up yet, built my last two pc's. By the way, all this happened after the 14/15 return policy, imagine that. Again over all it is worth every penny.

My business needed a new computer and the only thing we need the computer for is the software. The computer runs slow and is quite confusing. My employee has had troubles just getting to the home screen on numerous occasions. However the price was right and it's fine for the time being.

My concerns are photo gallery cannot be put onto desktop with slideshow as my previous. Also cannot display clock and calendar on desktop. Screen savers etc are limited choices. One I wanted I couldn't use? I got a fantastic deal on open container purchase though. Very happy with product (Made by IBM) & with Best Buy!
