Aside from the Shift key being in the wrong place which everyone complains about and was easily fixed by a remapping of the keys and a pop off and switch of the keys, this is a great computer. Love the added number keypad on the right. The large screen is great to watch video and the resolution is amazing. Love the flexibility of the touch screen. Ordered this and got a bad one first - no volume. Called, went in to BB and ultimately decided to try again with another. Planned to pick it up and was not allowed to change who picked it up. BB blamed it on Lenovo. I couldn't change it through the store or Lenovo and ultimately had to wait till after a trip to go in myself. Best buy also wouldn't hold it for longer than the 10 days so i had to go on the day i got in from a red-eye. Just really frustrating customer service all the way around.

Overall, pleased with this 2 in 1 laptop. So far, the system has out-performed my older Dell XPS. The SSD makes a big difference in speed. I have one issue, but it's significant. I bought the new laptop to present PowerPoint when I teach. Unfortunately, the projector in the classroom is older and requires a HDMI to DVI conversion and this laptop (maybe Windows 10) will not recognize the projector as an extended display.

The hardware specs are excellent, the casing is very nice, and touch screen works well. I will rarely use the touch screen, as I bought this use as a "normal" laptop, but having the option is nice. The keyboard is a bit disappointing. The actual keys feel fine when typing, but they crammed the keys together in order create more room for the touch-pad. They could have expanded the keyboard and made the 10-key larger and more comfortable. The shift key and "up arrow" are poorly aligned, but I believe remapping them will solve that issue; it is unfortunate that it has to be done.

This has been the best laptop purchase I have ever made! Fast, clean look and I have had no issues with it whatsoever. Prior to the purchase, i didn’t realize how useful the touch screen would be. I definitely recommend this laptop.

Machine is great. Excellent speed, start up is immediate. The salesman warned me about the small shift key on the right side and I thought that would be no problem for me, but it is a big problem. The pageup key is where my finger expects the shift and my hands are too small to easily make the stretch. I have attached a USB keyboard to solve my problem and am very happy with the machine with that solution.

I was not disappointed. It was very fast and light. I love the touchscreen and 2-in-1 mode. Definitely a great deal for something under $1000.

Its a great laptop with lots of good features and also great specs. It has latest processor with finger print reader and keyboard back light.

Ordered this laptop from Best buy because our 8 year old Toshiba laptop was slowly dying. Did a lot of research online & found this Lenovo to be just what we wanted. Best buy matched the price from our local Costco so it was a great deal. This computer is lightning fast & does everything with ease. The geek squad helped move our files & documents to our new laptop. I can't say enough good words about the Geek Squad. If your looking for a new laptop you can't go wrong with this one.

I needed a computer that could run Adobe Creative Cloud software. Nearly a month later and the computer is working flawlessly. I can run multiple Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) at once, and it doesn't appear to be slowed down at all. Thankful!

I purchased this computer for one of my employees. It's a very fast well-equipped computer and it was an easy to set up however the shift key on the right side is poorly located making touch typing very difficult .

AAA+++++!!!! did try to lock the screen for upside down use which didn't work on reboot..... but when I gave up trying to lock it one way or the other it always did what I wanted it to, so forget the screen position locking function. Leave that off.

I bought this laptop several days ago. It's good but the issues I had with this laptop are the weight and the thickness. If, you don't care about these then it'll be a good laptop for you.....

Nice laptop. Super fast and easy to use. Wasn't sure I'd like windows 10 but its much like windows 7 on steriods. You cant go wrong with this one.

this is my second time to buy laptop at bestbuy. price is really good and spec is amazing. i use this laptop for my business and run quick book as well. but it works 100% good.

For the price this was a good purchase for a laptop in regards to hardware. It is a little bulky to be a tablet but I didn't buy it for that reason. I would recommend this for someone who needs a good laptop that can play most games, do some editing and general media consumption (video, streaming tv etc.)
