Still can't use it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st, this was back-ordered and depending on who at Best Buy you listened too the delivery date was different. I needed a new 220 line run so it took me a few days to get it installed and supposedly running. As soon as I took the tape off of the bottom door and opened it the glass on the door shattered. When I called Best Buy they told me since they delivered the oven over 72 hours ago (3 days!) it wasn't their problem anymore. They told me to call LG. I told LG I wanted a new oven delivered, they wouldn't do it. It took them 3 days to get a tech out here (not bad?) except he showed up without a new door and told me he had to see it for himself before he could order a new door! Another week I have to wait. There was another problem too. The light in the bottom oven would not go off. The tech could not fix this on his 1st visit either. He needs to order a new board for it. So I guess the 1 star rating I have given is not for the oven as I still have no idea how it works, but for the wonderful buying experience I have had.

The only thing that disappointed me was the smooth top. It showed in Best Buy and online, a white top. What I received was more of a Black speckled top. It's ok but not what I was expecting. Other than that, I am very pleased with this range. The fact that it has the two different size ovens' is very nice. I can use the smaller one for almost everything other than holiday type roasting etc. So far - after a few weeks - I'm loving it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.No where in the description of this product does it tell you that you CANNOT use aluminum foil. It wasn't until it had been installed and they left that we sat down to read all the instructions. In the instructions, towards the back of the owner's guide, it says you cannot use aluminum foil. Now tell me, who does not use aluminum foil when they cook a turkey. A good cook knows that one should wrap a cheesecake pan in foil and put it in a water bath to keep it from cracking. I need another stove! But just put all this money in this one, so we must wait awhile. Meanwhile, no cheesecakes and no turkey for Thanksgiving.
