With the disappointment from samsung switching to non removeable battery and no sd support I was looking for a phone alternative from my galaxy note 3. I found it and more with this V10. Camera is far better than the note4 or gs5 and the interface is much more fluid. Gaming and watching videos on this device is amazing.

I bought two if these (for my wife and myself). On day 15, the display on my phone went haywire (see photo below). This resulted in only being able to use half the screen. The battery life has proven to be poor on both units, so we ended up purchasing a ZeroLemon battery expansion pack. It should also be noted that I took my unit back to best buy and they could not honor a return after 14 days. It did have a 1 year manufacturers warranty, so I ended up sending it off to LG for repair. LG fixed the unit and returned it to my doorstep rather quickly. I'm not sure what the future holds for this phone, but for the price, I didn't expect it to let me down so quickly.

I have been using phone for quite some time and it has been working great. Pros: Build quality is top notch. Camera is the best I have used after Nexus 6p. Screen is awesome. Back plate makes grip strong. Cons: LG UI is a let down somewhat. Gets hot while chargin. This may be due to fast charging. Used to happen on my Nexus 6p as well.

I bought this for my husband, hoping that the overall size and battery life would be better than his galaxy S5. Since he uses it for work, battery doesn't last all day. He does love the screen size and the ease of use, since it's still android. Memory is great, especially being able to add a microsd card to it. The camera is great. But we're still not sure about the second tiny screen at the top. It's not needed and I don't see a purpose for it.

I have owned each Samsung Note since the original, just gave back my Note 4. Samsung losing the removable battery, SD Card reader and IR blaster lost me as a customer. That said, the Note 5 is a wonderful phone but it cannot touch the camera on this LG phone. Its not even close. Both cameras in automatic mode take very good pics. However, being able to manually adjust both still and video produce photographs I could only get on my DSLR. Impossible action shots of the kids playing sports are now easy. Low light shots are incredible. The manual functions are so easy to manage anyone can take professional grade photos in a matter of seconds. If you can't tell, I am completely blown away by the camera on this phone. I am really enjoying the second screen on the LG as well. It's great not to have alerts/phone calls accross the main screen while watching a movie, etc. I thought it was a gimmick at first but have grown to appreciate it. I did like the stylus on the Note but didn't use it enough to change my mind. Also, the Android skin is very clean vs Samsung's Touchwiz. If you are looking for a workhorse of a phablet, with the best camera available, this is the phone for you.

After using it for about a month now, and coming from using a Galaxy Note 3 for a couple of years, I'd say the LG V10 is a very good phone, close to being a great phone. In many ways it is a real successor to the Note 3 since Samsung ditched several of the things that got me to buy the Note 3. I do miss the stylus even if I didn't use it all the time, it was nice to be able to sketch something out quick when an idea would hit me. Also, I prefer the AMOLED from the Note 3, and Samsung has improved them quite a bit since then so I definitely wish LG had a similar focus on AMOLED in their phones. I think it would also benefit the 2nd small display as well. The software, which is fine to me. I see a lot of complaints about the LG specific tweaks but they haven't been an issue for me (often the opposite where I feel like they made it easier to use). The second display is a mixed bag. On the one hand I can see people finding it to be a gimmick, especially since you are somewhat limited in how much you can customize what "buttons" you add to it (I'd like to be able to add any, as is you can only adjust some of the shortcuts). Likewise the dual front facing cameras are a bit of a gimmick, but then I don't really do selfies much so others might find it a lot more appealing. The rear camera is very good though and it offering manual controls for both photo and video will hopefully be followed by others. Battery life is ok, I can get through a day of medium usage with quite a bit of battery life to spare. Performance is fine but not spectacular and it does heat up due to the S810 SoC. Getting used to the rear buttons hasn't been a problem (not really better or worse than how most other phones handle their buttons, just preference; the power button could be a bit more robust as it has a bit of wiggle although I'm not too concerned that it will break). I like the higher quality DAC for the headphone port, but it only works with certain programs (the LG media player for instance). I very much appreciate LG offering the option to swap batteries and expand the storage. Hopefully will get the Android 6 update fairly soon as it brings a few features that I'd appreciate (namely getting back control over allowing/disallowing apps access). Lastly is the feel, and the V10 is very solid in large part thanks to the stainless steel frame including the sides. It gives it heft and a feel of strength so have no worries about it holding up (and allegedly it passed some pretty strenuous testing to back up the feeling of ruggedness). I'm still waiting to hear back from LG on if I qualified for their 200GB microSD + spare battery and battery charger promotion, which will be extra icing even if I don't really need 264GB of storage on a phone. But that, or with the pricing the V10 has been available for in the past week or so, and it becomes a very appealing phone, up there with the best that Android has to offer.

I been a big fan of LG phones. I love this LG V10 phone a lot. The second screen on the top allows me to see notifications without turning on the main screen. Also, the video quality on this phone is amazing. Not too mention the price only 349.99

This phone is just what I was looking for. I wanted the G5 because of the different modules, the DAC being my favorite. Well I couldn't wait for the G5 so I got the V10 and while I was a little annoyed that I couldn't swap out any modules and had an older Snapdragon 808 the V10 turned out to be the phone that does everything well. Camera quality is amazing even when zooming in all the way, video is also very well done here (although I rarely use the manual controls) The UI isn't my favorite, but launchers and keyboards fix most of the interface. It was laggy compared to my last phone the Note 5, but after the 6.0 update on AT&T there is a noticeable performance increase.

Was a diehard Samsung enthusiast, until they decided to jack up all their prices. Cue LG V10 commercials. OK, i'll be honest, i started looking at them because of the Joseph Gordan Levitt commercial, but in reality, i LOVE THIS PHONE. The camera and video is amazing, the speed and functionality is amazing. The buttons are placed in locations that make sense. I have nothing to complain about.

64gb of onboard storage plus a micro sd card slot. The camera is excellent. Calls are clear and the HD quality on videos is beautiful. Battery usage must be watched (portable battery charger handles that issue though). No complaints with this phone at all.

This phone is wonderful for lots of reasons. However it also struggles with lose charging ports and the dreaded reboot loop. I had to have mine replaced for this very thing. But still a good phone while it lasted.

The second screen feature is really helpful, especially for notifications not getting in your way and also for multi-tasking where you can just tap app icons and switch back and forth really easily. The 2nd front facing wide angle camera is really amazing as it gives you a really wide view. I wish battery life was better, but overall it's a fantastic phone!

I got one of these and did not know a good use until I decided to add it to a family plan and got some games from the play store now it is mounted in my car as a entertainment system for the kids who are amazed at the speed and an amazing display. And being able to messenger each other and friends while still playing games due to the second screen is great.

I use my phone more for entertainment than business/work. So this is a great up grade for that purpose. The camera and video options are awesome. Lots of flexibility with pictures. The HD resolution is great, and makes for watching anything really nice. The Android interface is still user friendly, and very responsive. I wish there was a thin case available, or at lease a clear glass shield available from LG. I've had to go with an aftermarket shield instead, that doesn't fit 100% to the shape of the phone. All and all I like the phone, and this was a great upgrade for me. I marked it with 4 out of 5 stars, as it's new to me. I think it will be 5 stars soon enough.

Upgraded from a Samsung S4. Been a longtime Samsung user. Loss of SD Card and Battery on newer Samsungs got me looking for other options. I compared HTC and Motorola, but went with the LG. Nice display. Pretty large, so you need to do the pocket test with a demo unit to be sure. I like the second screen that always shows time/date/temperature (need weather widget for last one). Very fast response and web browsing. Happy with the purchase.
