About every 50 days or so it needs unplugged and replaced in to keep going. Expected better but I guess other than the handful of times a year of resetting it works good.

Seems to lose connection once in a while, but comes back on its own. The light is annoying at night as this is in our bedroom to run the electronics at the back of the house. Not my favorite but does the job ok.

Everything else seems to connect fine enough, but if you’re looking to connect a Roku to this, I would recommend checking out something else. Also, very sketchy customer service. They ask for way too much information for no real reason other than “it will help future support calls go more smoothly”. Meanwhile, next time I called support they stated they had none of my information saved. Incredibly suspect.

Wish I had got sooner
