    The WiFi signal from my service provider's router was very poor anywhere near the front of my house. The router is at the back of the house and moving it was not an option. I checked out various ways to increase or extend the signal and decided to try the Linksys range extender and I'm glad I did. It has worked beautifully and is affordable. I no longer have problems connecting anywhere in my house. A very good product.

    I bought this range extender for my brother's house. They were having problems hooking my niece's laptop to the wifi and I thought this would be the answer. It definitely helped to throw the wifi range out further. It did not solve her laptop problem, there was a wire off inside the laptop itself that was causing her issues. We did end up keeping the range extender as it did help extend the range in their home.

    This extender is easy to set up and use...the directions provided are clear and right on. After two or three placements of the extender, I have optimized the signal in the most distant places of my house. The whole installation effort took twenty minutes.
