    We bought this to use for better wifi reception in our attached guest house. After initially helping, it started interrupting the wifi rather than helping. Eventually found out that the problem was with the TW cable signal, rather than the product. I returned it to Best buy.

    I'm one that hates a difficult process to install electronic devices but this was simple. We had poor wifi coverage in our 3500 sq ft home and now we have good coverage.

    This item is very simple to use once the initial process is set up whenever it loses signal your computer or mobile devices will tell you so at that point all you have to do is unplug it and plug it back in. This product does help Wi-Fi signal but it does not have the range as some of the more extensive expensive ones. We live in a four story house and the signal on the top level is very weak but the rest of the house is strong. I would recommend this product to anybody with a small house that wants to save money and likes the simplicity.
