There’s a reason it’s under $20
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mouse was junk straight out of the box. Very laggy input, stutters constantly or outright stops responding. The wheel is awkward and sometimes jumps or gives the wrong input. Save yourself the frustration and time wasted on buying something that works poorly, buy a different mouse.

Posted .Sorry about the experience! Have you tried testing the mouse on a different device? Plug the receiver of the device into a different USB port on your computer. If possible, don't use a USB hub or other similar device. If using a different USB port works, try updating the motherboard USB chipset driver.

Quit working after 3 months!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse was great...until it stopped working! I changed the batteries but that wasn’t the issue. With the new batteries, the top green light was on but the red laser on the bottom was not. I am past the return window so i was not able to return this. Such a disappointment.

No ratchet and uncrotrollable scrolling
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't know if I got a defective device but I changed my old Logitech mouse because it was double clicking with only one click and now this new one doesn't have a ratchet on the wheel and the scrolling goes wild and cannot be controlled.

"CRAP"
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know why but for some reason the last ten Logitech mice I purchased doesn't matter where I bought them from, I have been buying, and trusting Logitech for every computer accessory that they make so basically I'm wondering where do I go from here so I think they need to at least reduce the price or recall all Logitech products and redesign them, or maybe it's just a bad batch, anyway the one I recently bought lasted two days, and then replaced it with the same one except color, and three days later the replacement did the same thing, so now I am using the one that came with my hp computer.

Another bad wireless mouse.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the 2nd wireless mouse I have bought that worked for a couple of weeks and then quit - M325. I took the first back along with the wireless key board (board worked fine. This time I bought the 2 year warrantee so I have time to take it back when I have time. This 2nd mouse worked fife for about 2 weeks and quit. I let it sit for some 3 weeks, trying it every few days. Finally it started working again. My original Logtech wireless is working (bought when I bought the first key board and mouse which I had to return in about 10 days. Waited too long to return the exchanged key board and mouse so just bought another mouse - which I was told world work with the key board adapter plugged into the PC Tower - didn't so had to use both, one for the key board and one for the mouse.

Worst mouse on the planet.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible mouse, worked for about 2 weeks and then it would intermittently stop while I was working, very frustrating. Turns out the battery was loose and I had to fold paper and wedge it in to make it stay in place. That worked for a bout 3 days and then the mouse quit altogether. Logitech got $20 out of me, but they will not get another dime of my hard earned money.

Wireless mouse
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a few months it stops responding to me. I've had to replace the batteries a couple of times already. When I put in the USB plug, it doesn't always recognize it. I have to fiddle with it until it does start to work. & it happens right after the warranty period. (30 days)?

Posted .Hello santhosh501,
I am sorry that the M325 did not meet your expectations. Try one of Logitech mid tear mice, such as the M650, or a higher-end product from the MX collection. The M325 is a basic mouse that will get the job done and last. Logitech appreciates your product review. - Leo from Logitech

Simply does not work.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I showed the salesman the mouse which had worked but stopped working, and asked for one most like the old one. He assured me the new one works. I paid around 23 dollars, a waste of money. Does not work on my Asus laptop. I'll rely on Amazon next time.

Posted .Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that your M325 didn't work properly for you. I have a couple suggestions; first, make sure the USB is properly inserted into your computer, and possibly try a new USB port if possible. Second, make sure the battery tab was fully removed from the battery compartment, and didn't tear out on the inside. Finally, make sure the batteries are seated properly and the mouse is on.
