Been using this mouse for a few days. Purchased mainly because I work at a pc 50 hrs a week then get home and sit and play pc games til bed. My wrist has started to be sore. Wanted to find something that would help. Took a small amount of time to get use to buy it has been great so far, I didn’t realize at purchase, that the mouse can connect to 3 different pcs and switches to them by pressing a button on bottom of mouse. What a great feature too. Usually have my pc and laptop up, running different tasks, so switching control and using same mouse has been helpful. As far as my wrist soreness, seems to be feeling better.

I spent a long time each day at the computer, normally 8 hours at the office and a couple of hours at home after work. Decided to buy this mouse to use at the office and even after a few weeks I've already felt a difference in my wrist/hand. It works great and is easier to control than you might think. Feels very high quality in my hand as well.
We're thrilled to hear that the MX Vertical is already making a positive difference in your comfort after just a few weeks. We designed it with ergonomics in mind, and we're glad you're experiencing the benefits. Enjoy the improved comfort and control!

It turned out to be a very convenient device. My hand quickly adjusted. And now I get less tired. All the buttons are quickly configured.

While this mouse does take some getting used to, in my case it has relieved the pain in my wrist, and helped stop reoccurring trigger finger. It’s a bit larger footprint , and definitely taller than a regular mouse, so that needs to be taken into consideration. I also love the fact that it is wireless and works with my existing unifying receiver.

This is the best mouse I’ve ever used. Like many, I was using a standard wireless mouse and I started to experience wrist pain and soreness. Went to the doc and they suggested I change my keyboard and mouse to more ergo friendly devices. After about 2 weeks of use, my wrist pain was gone.
The mouse took about a day or two to adjust to using, it felt funny at first but after day 2, it was more natural than using a regular mouse. It’s rechargeable and the battery lasts a long time between charges. I’ve had this mouse for about 4 months with an average of 8 hours of use per day and I just charged it for the first time yesterday. It comes with a usb to usb C charger which is convenient. It moves smoothly across my desk as well, with or without a mousepad.
Hands down, the best mouse I’ve purchased and would recommend to anyone experiencing wrist soreness or pain, or to anyone looking for a quality mouse.

This is a good mouse, but not as good as the regular MX mouse. If you do have issues with carpal tunnel and need the ergonomics, this is the mouse to get. But, this is missing things that the regular MX mouse has, like a horizontal scroll wheel, and the ability to remove the "click" from vertical scrolling (for lightning fast scrolling through a page). These missing features keep this mouse from getting 5 stars.
Thank you for your honest review of the Logitech MX Vertical Advanced Wireless Optical Ergonomic Mouse. We appreciate you sharing your experience and your comparison to the regular MX mouse. We'll take your feedback into consideration for future product improvements.

I got this because after 25y in IT, i was experiencing forearm pain that would NOT go away. I read somewhere that a mouse could cause my issues, even though I had used one for decades with no effects.
I got this, and within a week my pain was gone. I love this mouse, it's a natural feel, and I recommend this constantly. The pain I was in was so bad I was willing to do anything to get away from the forearm pain. It was like tennis elbow, my doctor said.
This solved my issues. Get this. Great mouse!
Hey! Thank you for sharing such a powerful experience. It’s amazing to hear how the MX Vertical made such a meaningful difference for you. Feedback like yours reminds us why thoughtful design truly matters.

This mouse is incredible and solved my shoulder pain. If you’re having hand or shoulder pain please try this mouse. It’s super simple to use, you can switch it between multiple computers, it’s got awesome mappable function buttons, and the charge last a long time.

This mouse offers a great alternative to standard mice where the hand sits on top of the mouse. My arm lies flat on the desk and the mouse fits comfortably in my hand. The battery is built in and should be charged soon after opening the box and connecting the mouse to the PC; about 1 to 2 hours to fully charge the mouse. I have used both the bluetooth connection as well as Logitech's Unifying Receiver; both work well. The mouse can connect up to 3 different devices; easily change the device to connect to using the button on the bottom of the mouse. Depending on what software I'm using or just browsing the internet, the cursor speed control (oval button on top of the mouse) button makes it convenient to change. Logitech claims 4 months of use on one charge, since I have not owned this mouse for that length of time yet I can't say one way or the other except I am still on my first charge (one month to date) since I purchased the mouse on 12.12.2020 and still going strong.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted to hear the Logitech MX Vertical has brought comfort and value, helping maintain a healthy hand and wrist position. Your appreciation means a lot to us.

Excellent ergonomic mouse! I was developing some serious pain in my wrists and elbows since working from home full time now due to COVID. It was necessary for me to get a new keyboard and mouse to reduce the strain on my wrists so I set out to find the best peripherals on the market. I landed on the Logitech MX mouse and Ergo Keyboard. Both took minimal time to adjust to, and the strain and pain in my arms has been steadily decreasing since I got them.
Focusing on the mouse specifically, it is a very comfortable "hand shake" grip, that keeps your wrist in a very comfortable position. On mac I was able to completely customize all the buttons to mimic the usage of my Magic Mouse. The only thing it is missing is a touch pad, so gestures are not supported. However, with all the additional customizable buttons I was able to set up a lot of those commands to the buttons which work great.
I would highly recommend this mouse, as it seems to be the best out there to date. Hopefully soon logitech or another company will find a way to deliver an ergonomic mouse that supports gestures. Until, then go with this!

It takes a little time to grow used to, Has great app and customization. Totally alleviates my wrist from resting on the mat (big plus), but is a little large for my small hand (otherwise would have given 5 star)

In the search for a vertical ergonomic mouse to alleviate my severe wrist pain I purchased this one. It took a few days to "adjust" to using this mouse, but the wrist pain gradually went away. Finally no more wrist pain! I tried the Logitech - MX ERGO Wireless Trackball Mouse, but using my thumb was painful and difficult to be accurate with the pointer. The MX Vertical is similar to a traditional mouse, moving it around with your wrist in a vertical position. I also bought the Logitech - ERGO K860 Ergonomic Full-size Wireless Scissor Keyboard with Palm Rest. Again, takes time to adjust to it, but I like this much better than a traditional keyboard and the keys are quiet. The combination of the keyboard and vertical mouse has made working on the computer enjoyable. Give it a try.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We're thrilled to hear that the product is working well for you and meeting your expectations. Your feedback helps us continue to improve and innovate. We truly appreciate your support of Logitech.

I'm a HUGE fan of Logitech and have been solely purchasing computer accessories from them 10+ years. Well my MX mouse I've had for 5 years starting rubbing off material on the side so I wanted to purchase a new one. I was debating between the ball, lift and this one. Not going to lie I didn't think ANY of them could be ergonomic so settled on the MX since I've purchased from this collection. Well holy cow batman! I am totally shocked how this feels and I am on the computer daily for work. Then the charge on this lasts for a very long time as well and I use this mouse 35-55 hours weekly. In the end, if your wanting to help you wrist out, give this a try.

I'm in IT so I have used literally more type of computer mice in my career (as well as personal life) that I can remember.
This mouse is hands down, the best I've ever used. I own three of them.
Now, if you are not looking for a vertical mouse this may not be the case for you. But, this mouse has it all in those regards.
1. It's not completely vertical which is a plus. If you have ever used one of those, you realise you end up using your whole arm to push it around the desktop and that can lead to shoulder strain. I didn't want to have to replace carpal tunnel pain with shoulder pain.
2. Battery lasts.....a long...time.
3. Grip. Not only is the surface rubberized but it has ridges. I have used a number of vertical mice and they all feel like you are trying to grip a watermelon seed. If you've not used a vertical mouse before you need to realize that they are often hard to keep in place since you don't rest on top of it. Once you grab this mouse, it stays in your hand.

The mouse is absolutely fantastic excellent smooth function and the hand position created by the design provides serious relief to my elbow and wrist. The mouse has an integrated rechargeable battery and a USB to micro-usb Cable which enables charging. Overall extremely satisfied with the purchase!

As someone who works more than 8 hours a day with computers, and even needs a computer too for hobby, my hand and wrist started to ache with pain.
Read online several recommendations to using a vertical mouse. Given I have always been happy with Logitech products, I chose this one.
After little under a week of use, the strain in my wrist and hand have diminished.
This mouse is very comfortable for my small hand. It has a nice handy paring for up to 3 devices, that can be easily switched with a button press. It also comes with an usb receiver in case your device doesn't have bluetooth or can't recognized the mouses' signal.
It works perfectly with my macbook pro 2018, and my iPad Pro 9.7" (post iOS 13 for bluetooth mouse compatibility), without need of the usb receiver.
It comes with a handy usb-a to usb-c cord for wired use and charging its internal battery. Yes it has usb-c port.
