Got this for my new Mac, and it works beautifully. Quick setup and simple usage. Charges with a Lightning cable (included!) and lasts a long time with full charge.

The touchID is awesome, and the design is elegant. I make many more typos with this than with my previous cheap gaming keyboard. Key travel is limited, and keycaps are almost flat, so no tactile feel for key centers. After a couple years, printing is wearing off the most used keys - I guess it is just printed on and not molded in :(

I have a MacBook Air with a 4k monitor 32” so this keyboard is a great companion..no need to open the MacBook just I put my finger and that’s it .

Typical Apple product. Connects and works seamlessly. But apparently you can only use touch ID if you have a newer Mac. Older macbooks will have to use their already built in touch ID.

This Apple keyboard is very nice. It has fingerprint recognition, so you can easily navigate through your log in screens. I like it.

It was an open box, whoever returned it pulled a switcher and returned an older Magic Keyboard without the Touch ID. So whoever inspected it before sending it to me didn't fully inspect. My Keyboard has the old "eject" button instead of the "Touch ID" button

I wanted to love this keyboard. It is really sleek, paired easily and love the touch but it arrived bent. When I use it it rocks due to the bend. I had to fold a napkin and put under the bent end to keep it from rocking. Will be returned.
