Overall good but the Touch ID was an issue. So I couldn't use the Touch ID feature

Honeslty wanted to like it. But the price and what you git is pretty hard to justify. If you can get it for 100$, I'd say yes, but full price, nah.

Works well, just wish it had a palmrest on it. Nice back lights on it.

I'm an apple guy. I like their products. I was surprised and disappointed that there is no USB hub built into this keyboard like all others in the past. It is a very handy feature and I miss it. Some of us need a wired mouse.

I had high hopes for the Apple Magic Keyboard, but I’m disappointed. The Bluetooth stopped working after a short time, the touch key doesn’t respond, and for the price, I expected much better quality and reliability. It’s not worth the investment.

Bought this keyboard to use with my M2 Mac Mini Pro. The keyboard works wirelessly except for the Touch Id. Contacted support and was told to use the lightening cable all the time. With the cable Touch Id works consistently, without it, very seldom works and only for a short time. I bought the keyboard because of the wireless Touch Id even though the keyboard is overpriced. This is the first Apple 'junk' that I have encountered. Cannot recommend this product at any price.

It is a good keyboard the only drawback is not having backlit.

No backlit keys. Still? Come on Apple you can do better

It's so flat and sharp also very long but short and not very ergonomic. Not great if you need to type and write for long periods of time it seems.

Great keyboard, but the Touch ID on the Magic Keyboard can only be used with an M1 Mac. So if you have a Macbook Pro (like I do) you're out of luck for Touch ID. So basically I got a top of the line keyboard with limited capabilities.

Im very please with thjs keyboard. Im happy it had the numeric keys.

I don't like the feel of it. Keys are too flat for my liking, not enough tilt for my liking. I'll be finding an alternative designed by a different company.

I bought this one - open box. As I have done for many products and I typically have no issues. That was not the case this time :( I have to return it due to it not properly connecting to my laptop. I double checked with a coworkers keyboard and it connects fine so I must conclude that it is the problem. Although it is an inconvenience to have to take it back and return it - I am happy that best buy is always willing to take their items back or return them.

As awesome as Touch ID is, Apple makes horrible stand alone keyboards. Get a Logitech MX Master series. It hooks up via Bluetooth the same way this keyboard does and quickly manage three different devices. Also is cheaper I think.

While the touch ID is great, it is very light and the key travel is low.

I purchased this keyboard because the sales associate informed me that I would be able to use it with my older iMac; however, I had to bring it back because I could not use the Touch ID. Be aware that you will not be able to use the Touch ID with the older models but you can use the keyboard alone, which is not worth the amount of money if you cannot use the Touch ID.
