Great quality keyboard but it does lack the kick stand on the back which makes it to where its not as ergonomic in my opinion. Outside of the feel is decent. Very flat. Touch ID is cool. If you like having matching apple gear get it. Just not “apple” great.

Love this keyboard. Great action, nicely spacious, I just couldn’t live without a ten-key pad for a desktop setup. My Mac is from 2020 and doesn’t have the fingerprint configuration, but everything else about the keyboard synced right up when I plugged it in. Very happy I bought this.

Typical Apple external keyboard

This a typical Apple keyboard with the same feel and look as all other external Apple keyboards for the past dozen or more years which I happen to like. its advantage is that it has Touch ID for the Apple silicon MacBooks and of course the number keypad and full size function and arrow keys. Its disadvantage is that that there is no background lighting unlike the MacBook keyboard panels.

Great keyboard, especially if you are used to a laptop keyboard. It has all the classic buttons of previous keyboards plus the fingerprint ID is a nice touch so you don't have to keep typing all your passwords when logging in to web pages or your desk top.

Magic Keyboard works great. Ive been using it for several weeks and have only charged it once. I love that it can read a finger print for password recall.

I got the silver with black keys and it looks great. It has just about perfect key travel and is a pleasure to type on. Touch ID is a welcome feature and works great as well. Easy to charge with the included lightning cable and battery seems to last a long time. It’s a little pricey but I would definitely recommend.

Great Keyboard - bluetooth connectivity not best

Great Keyboard - works great with Macs and PC.
Issue is w bluetooth.
Multiple users in my home use same workstation to utilize 2nd monitor, keyboard and mouse with their laptop when they need to do "real work". The keyboard is a pain to keep connecting and reconnecting as users change. Often it simply won't bluetooth and then gets tossed aside and not used.
Pretty pricey, with premium Apple brand name to just end up being tossed aside due to blue tooth connection issues. I expected more from this product.
Apple care has not been able to correct after multiple chat sessions.
I feel like I way overspent on this keyboard. I am considering going with a "logi" brand keyboard as the mice I have are bluetooth with three "stations" to switch to for multiple users as needed with a workstation type setup. Logi mice work perfectly, every time.
Sorry Apple, this product is kind of a miss for me - and it cost me A LOT to learn this lesson as I cannot return the product.

Best Full Size Keyboard For Your Mac.

Just bought a new iMac 24" and wasn't fond of the mini keyboard that came with it so I purchased this with my points and along with the Touch ID this is the best keyboard I have ever owned and i've had a least a dozen Macs in my lifetime. The full keyboard is the only way to go. The only thing i would love to see Apple do one day is backlight their keyboards so that is why I got white instead of the black which i would have preferred.

On the pricey side but after a few keyboards, I decided to try the Apple Magic Keyboard for my MacBook Pro, which is usually hooked up to a large monitor with the lid closed. It is great to have the TouchID on the keyboard and is very functional. The key presses are responsive and feel good to press.

I usually like my keyboards a little larger but decided to try this. The battery is great and the fingerprint reader saves me from having to always mess with my laptop. Not a big deal for me either way, but it is convenient!

Very natural fill for a keyboard. Keys are flat and similar to the laptop keyboard. Easy installation to Apple products. You sit it down and it pairs just like that.

I love this keyboard. It's very responsive and very well made. I especially like the Touch ID on it because it makes buying things and signing in on websites so much easier. It does not have the ability to be slanted like other keyboards, it sits flat, but it is very comfortable to type on.

This keyboard works well. It is just like all other Apple products. It works as expected. The numerical keypad is a nice addition to the basic apple keyboard, as well at the touch ID. I'm happy with this purchase.

I love the keyboard that came with the iMac, but I like having the key pad at the end for familiarity. Oddly enough, have gone back to the green keyboard that came with the iMac, love that green. I also really like the touch id on the keyboard, makes it much easier to log in and make purchases.

I thought the tiger print recognition button was a bit of a gimmick. But now I don't know how I ever lived with out it. Allows me to log in quickly, fill-in password and pay for things.
Expensive, but well worth the ease of logging in. Oh yeah... it is also a great keyboard!
