This is a great way to keep a landline and save money. Only have one issue of static when another call is trying to come in. All in all it is great and cheaper than conventional phone companies.

Nice phone, just the same as any landline, but very cost effective.

I love this device. To have a home phone for less than $40 a year is just amazing. Especially when you can take it with you if you fly overseas and you can still make phone calls overseas like you are in the main land.

I love the features they provide. Pros: They email you your messages Vanity numbers are totally worth it and are fun. Texting works great (with magic app) Does not require the best internet. Value! Cons: Multi media texting still not possible (on magic app) Wish i could pay for my vanity number for years in advance. Easy to almost lose it. Not a problem with normal numbers. The older versions of hardware lasted about 5-8 years each which to me is not acceptable. Lets see how the new go version lasts. Consider an extended warranty. The flat cat5 Ethernet cable is cheap. Don't use it DON'T. It corroded to the jack and damaged my old device. Spend 3 dollars and get a high quality Ethernet cable. The pros def outweigh the cons.

Been using magic jack that's plugged into the computer for more than 8 years now. Very satisfied with it and had the new model 2 years ago. I needed another device for my parents. Best Buy had the best price and super fast pick-up at the store.

Great alternative to a landline contract with the phone company.

Call quality is great, as long as you have fast internet. I would give it a 5 except for the issue of sometimes you have to reboot it every few days or so. Other than that cant complain for the price of a year of phone service
