    Did not do all I was expecting. Color was not as vibrant with the new settings. went back to the old settings.

    I cannot day enough about this service or the guy who calibrated my TV. It’s an incredible difference in the picture and color when you you do a TV calibration. Well worth it.

    TV calibration actually made my picture worse and I had to have it returned to the original picture settings

    Calibration was scheduled by the sales person not realizing that the TV must be "burnt" in for 100 hours before calibrating it. The Technician visited, unknowing when we received the TV and was surprised that we had received it the day before his appointment. Knowing that we needed run for 100 hours he rescheduled the appointment for 1 month later at no charge. 2 weeks to go be for he gets here again.

    Best recommendation from Best Buy to purchase a service on. Our tv looks amazing and the picture is life like. Our tech guy was friendy, arrived early and even played with our dog while explaining and educating us on the product!
