Bought for my mom as a gift. She loves it! Very elegant piece. Excellent quality. No instructions leaves you no choice but to sit "playing around" with the watch to find out what the buttons are for. This is why 1 star was deducted. What product doesn't have an illustration to show what the functions are. Overall, I am satisfied.

Great watch but only the battery lasts little, less than a day

Battery life is not great. Other than that the wife loves it.

1. Unlike the apple or other smart watches, the Kors smart watch does not allow for receiving and talking directly on the watch. 2) The watch faces should have an option for online beautiful screen/scenery that pops up occasionally, subtle bragging rights. 3) The Kors watch however is very appealing, the aesthetic, very modern and sophisticated .

I have been looking for a nice looking elegant smart watch for a long time, this watch finally got me that. Wear OS is OK but sometimes the watch can been slow especially when turning the battery saver from on to off but after that, it works smoothly

It’s easy to use , matches most my attire, doesn’t give me scratches nor rushes on my skin. Checks my heart rate that makes it even better to know if I am fit to continue with the activities that I am doing for the day.

The design of the watch and is. The features are also good for a smart watch, but one of the most important features in smart watches is lacking. The ability to talk on the watch for voice dial. with other smart watches one can make calls and talk on the watch, but MK's does not. My wife actually returned it because of this.

Mother loved it, setup instructions were confusing

This is a great watch! It’s got a big face, which I love, and is easy to maneuver. My only complaint is that I had to take it and get some links taken out due to it being too big. But I love it and it’s perfect now!

Purchased as gift for a friend and this is what I was told. Can't remove the links, had to take it to jewelry store. Watch is fashionable and goes with most outfits. Overall she loves it!

Overall has everything I wanted. Pairs with my Google phone perfectly even voice to text works pretty well. Battery life is good too. Lasts all day as long as you don't have the screen wake Everytime you move.

I love my watch, unfortunately it stopped working and will not charge.

Great watch just wish it could answer calls. Band a little heavy to work out in but you can buy a light weight replacement band.

My wife has had this now for a couple of weeks. So far it is FAR SUPERIOR to the FitBit Versa that she had before.

Classic Michael Kors quality, material wise. Not the best smartwatch when comparing to the Apple Watch. But a good smartwatch nonetheless

Pretty, easy connect to iPhone... not as user friendly. Please with price and quality.
