I love it! The design is flawless...speed is great... it has a nice kind of large screen but its very portable and lightweight at the same time. Touch screen is very convenient as well! Not to mention pricing is reasonable compared to the competition. Really wish it came in Ice Blue like the 12" but overall best laptop I've ever had.

This laptop is amazing. The instant awake feature has the laptop on in a flash. Not only that, but the light weight makes this computer something that can be taken anywhere. The keyboard is pretty decent too. Not as good as a Thinkpad, but better than a Macbook or any of the standard keyboards that most regular laptop companies use. The touch screen is also pretty nice too. Though the one reason I would recommend this laptop is the battery life. This laptop just keeps on going and going. The battery on this unit is strong and is a true workhorse.

This was a great choice, not because of the fact that I got it open-box at store closing in Fort Myers for half the price, but because I feel this can perfectly compare to a MacBook levels without all the restrictions that come with it. Screen is great, excellent sound, I got it for Illustrator and Photoshop, it works good enough as long as I'm not exaggerating on open apps.

It has everything I need. I also got the license for Word, PowerPoint, etc. in store and it was really easy to set up. (I’m not the best with technology.) This thing holds a charge forever! I love the touch screen! I can go back and forth from that to the keyboard easily. It’s also very light!

We purchased this Surface device for my wife to use for her new work-at-home job. In going from a 13” MacBook Air, we appreciate the larger 15” screen size and 3:2 aspect ratio. While this 15” laptop does not carry the typical 15” laptop internals that rival the Dell XPS and MacBook Pro, we like that it’s an ultrabook with a larger screen. It’s powerful enough for daily productivity tasks while offering a larger screen size and still being light and portable enough to carry around. Overall, we are very pleased with the Surface and most liken it to what Apple would have created if they ever came out with a 15” MacBook Air.

Easy to use and set up. Light weight, screen images are very sharp and clear. We went with the larger screen and are very happy with it.

Got this laptop during the black Friday sale. Price was great for such a stylish Windows based laptop. There are no major issues while using. Build quality is really good. Keyboard is just fine. Trackpad could be better and bigger (glass+force touch). Screen is awesome with great colors. So overall quality is on really good level. But after a week of usage the sleep mode started to fail. It basically couldn't wake up after some time off closed lid. Had to hard restart it 5 times in one month. Didn't want to waste my time with factory reset and Windows setup. And didn't want to think what would happen after 5 month of usage. I was MacBook user for the last 4 years and about 15 years PC user before that. Windows stability is improved a lot, but still is far from MacOS stability and simplicity. Switched back to MacBook. It's better to pay more now and have no any troubles for years, than pay less and then reinstall Windows every month. Anyway Microsoft did a great job with Surface Laptop 3. I hope in few years it will be on the same level with MacBook.

The school district gave us iPads and they work about 20% of the time. I decided to buy this for my second grader so he could ACTUALLY participate. It was a great buy, he has intuitively picked up the form factor, including the touch screen and is far more productive than many others in his class. This is the first Ryzen processor I've had but it is fast and no difference for anything we do from an Intel processor. Great device!

I am 64 years old and this laptop is a great pickup to use for business, Internet surfing, and music. Not at all close to being intimidating the laptop guides you very well on how to get started. I use the surface on a daily basis and it is quick on its feet. The touch screen comes in handy especially with arthritis.

t's a well-made laptop that has plenty of power for the average user and now comes with a wonderfully large 15-inch screen with a browser-friendly 3:2 ratio. Throw in a great trackpad, decent keyboard, and some nice extras like the facial recognition features in Windows 10, and you have solid, lightweight machine

Bought this laptop for myself so that I didn’t have to share with my wife’s desktop. Really like the screen size and uncluttered look of the tablet.Highly recommend this Microsoft Surface.Easy to pick up and learn right from the start.The buttons have a nice high quality feel when typing and the battery life is amazing.

Love this laptop, extremely thin. Get the 15 inch, it's still a very small profile and a great screen on it's own. I wish it had a mute mic button, or a number pad like the HP but the Alcantara finish is awesome...feels like leather seats.

The portability make it a joy to carry around and still possess a well around laptop. The crystal touch screen display is epic. Bought the basic 15’ model. Plan to upgrade the entry SSD to something more practical thanks to its serviceable storage.

Best Laptop I have ever used. Great for business and office work. I am a Paralegal and use this Laptop all the time. It’s amazing. Great speed! Touch screen is the best. Battery life is ok.

The speed is comparable with macbook. The tough screen is a good point. However the downside is the tough pad sometimes doesn’t work well. I will give 4.5 points

Very easy to use. Very easy set up out the box. Was up and going in no time. I like how it synced everything with ease. The body is sleek and modern. And I love the 15in screen.

It's everything I thought it would be. The screen quality is second to none. I travel a lot so the light weight was important to me. Highly recommend.

The screen is clear and sharp, good battery life and amazing speakers in this small package. The price on sale was very reasonable for a laptop with all metal case.
