Wi-Fi turns off when computer over heats. Computer gets very warm when watching YouTube videos at double speed after 20 to 30 minutes, then shuts down Wi-Fi Had computer shut down once after about 2 hours of work. Computer is okay if you don't multitask for to long. I have a feeling why the computer was a discounted return. I was told the previous owner returned it only after 5 days.

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately the speakers are blown after 6 months of use and I always keep the volume low, barely ever use them also feel like the battery drains super fast. need to make sure i carry my charger everywhere I go. Lastly the fans are triggered easily and I feel that I am not even doing much on it.

DO NOT BUY- Expensive and crappy!!

The only good thing I have to say is the screen resolution is great- very crisp and bright. However, if I’m paying this much money it should be TOP NOTCH. First off, the speakers on this thing is terrible. So muffled... it crackles and makes screeching noises all the time. It gives me a headache just listening to my Zoom calls and YouTube videos. Second, it’s always lagging. It takes a bit to open apps or tabs and get things going. Lastly, the battery drains so quickly. This thing is brand new and expensive- why is it such crap?? I’ve had it for 10 days now and I’m returning it today. DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP- IT’S HORRIBLE.
