It's speed is fast and it has just enough storage for my needs. It is very weightless and have a sleek platinum look. Keys and touch board are easy to use.

Not only that, but the light weight makes this computer something that can be taken anywhere. The keyboard is pretty decent too. Not as good as a Thinkpad, but better than a Macbook or any of the standard keyboards that most regular laptop companies use. The touch screen is also pretty nice too. Though the one reason I would recommend this laptop is the battery life. This laptop just keeps on going and going. The battery on this unit is strong and is a true workhorse.

I also got the license for Word, PowerPoint, etc. in store and it was really easy to set up. (I’m not the best with technology.) This thing holds a charge forever! I love the touch screen! I can go back and forth from that to the keyboard easily. It’s also very light!

It is a little slow for developing applications. I need to have multiple programs open. It works well for Zoom conferences and using a few programs at the same time.

Throw in a great trackpad, decent keyboard, and some nice extras like the facial recognition features in Windows 10, and you have solid, lightweight machine

What a difference in speed and functionality Plus it is half the weight We picked it because the sales rep at the Woodruff Road Best Buy told us that everything in it was made by Microsoft All the hardware and all the software. Plus it looks great Platinum model

Very fast and light, does all the latest laptop applications. We originally bought HP 360, my son suggested we get him the Surface.

I originally wanted a MacBook Pro but I decided on this because it was on sale, and I am not at all disappointed. It is a beautiful, lightweight and powerful machine. And it arrived very quickly, which is always a bonus. It's not the best if you're trying to run heavy duty games, but I play a lot of games on Steam and so far it runs great. For what I need it for; Zoom classes, lesson planning, graphic designing... it it is awesome! Not to mention the display is magnificent and really clear.
