This laptop is very nice looking, light weight and sleek! The cons... I wasn’t aware that this particular model was not equipped with a disk drive, a right number keypad, it’s also missing a few USB ports nor does it have the HDMI capability. These cons are pretty significant considering the fact that I’m use to my laptop having these features.

It has a scratch under the glass apparently on the actual display, I don’t even want to turn it on , must be returned

I really like Surface laptops. I have owned them since Surface Laptop 1. love how light and thin they are. When I Saw the 15 inch version I fell in love with the larger screen. I grabbed one with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB SSD. This is the AMD version. I am a computer engineer so I know exactly what I am talking about. I was very disappointed with the performance of this laptop. I ran a benchmark software and my older Surface Laptop 2 scored much higher than this AMD version. Also, I can never get Youtube to play 4k video without dropping frames. The Intel version doesn't have this issue. One big bummer and although this is advertised as 8 GB of RAM, it is essentially 6 GB . 2 GB are dedicated to the GPU. to me this is kinda misleading. Form factor, display quality, microphone, camera, keyboard, and touchpad are all top notch. If I can't figure out the stutteting during 4k video playback, I am going to return it and get the Intel version.

Crisp picture, fast speed. I had the laptop in a case and the laptop sleeve of a bag and the screen still cracked the entire way across.

Overall was very disappointing for the price I paid, laptop was glitching and over heating, had to return it in exchange for another one.

I got this for my son to do school work and for me to do some work from home. Well it was doing good until only having it for two weeks it would freeze, go to black or sleep mode then take forever to load. It first started by just dimming. I spent two hours on the phone with Geek Squad to just end up having to return it for a new one. I am so grateful I got the protection as well just in case this happens again. Beware that it could malfunction.

Pros - Loved that this laptop has facial recognition software Cons - Within 30 minutes of getting it home and booting it up I noticed it getting very hot. I am also not a fan of the power cord which detaches with the slightest shift. Returned.

Overall the laptop functions well but not amazing. Right out of the box, the laptop had minor issues freezing. The battery life is also not amazing. The screen is sharp, and the speed is decent.

I only kept it for a week. It functioned well unfortunately it was a little too bulky for what I had intended it to be used for. It did have a very sleek design just a little large for my taste.

Not my best purchase. Its okay, but would not recommend to users. The computer is a bit slow and the display is not that great. Battery life is great

Had a great look and feel, but kept dropping internet, while the computer next to it kept going. Also, would get very hot on the bottom. I returned it.

This laptop is sleek, and the keyboard is a dream. However, the screen size appears smaller than what I expected for 15". Also, the big no is that the screen glossiness was causing eye strain (to the point of nausea) in the short time I opened it. MS needs to create one that's matte (and maybe lose the touch feature if needed) or look to other touch screens that don't cause this issue. Finally, i think if the screen were wider or to the edges, it would look like more space.

Do yourself a favor and get an external keyboard because the keyboard on this is not user friendly. Also an external mouse. I feel that I wasted $1,500 on this laptop. The charger stopped working as well which is not cheap to buy a new one.

Good Service and works exactly as described out of the box. The only thing is, the current design, which eliminates the bezel, also reduces the buffer which protects the screen from touching the casing. If you have any sand or dirt between the glass and the case theres a good chance the screen will break when completely closed. We got ours fixed by microsoft but it took an act of congress

The laptop keep dropping wifi off, so needed to ask geek squad to fix the issue.

Overall it is a decent laptop. This is my 1st Microsoft laptop as I have previously purchased Dell or HP computers. I did not like the original resolution and had to adjust because it had that fake movie quality to it. Also the hard drive runs pretty loud and is noticeable.

Unfortunately this product was defective. It made a weird cracking noise when it was being opened. Luckily we caught it a few days after purchasing and factory warranty with instore warranty allowed us to exchange it without a hassle.

This doesn't work well with Zoom for some reason. I'm always getting kicked off whereas I do not have problems on other occasions. It is strange, but for that reason, I have to give it an average score.

I really wanted to keep this laptop but the screen is way too reflective. The quality of the laptop is great for a windows one but still not on the level of a Macbook. I loved the feel of the alcantara
