Minecraft is a deceptively simple game. The premise is easy: You're in a world made of blocks, decide what you want to do with it. If you're a creative type who enjoys legos, you'll love it. If you like to explore vast worlds, you'll be engaged, too.

It is kind of expensive, but I felt I got my money's worth with this game. Also, it is the same price online. I bought the download card since I had a giftcard and it worked. Not much else to say about it.

Bought this for my 10 year old son. Creative, imaginative & productive game. Not violent. He is always excited about new things he has created in his 'world'. Instructions to use the token from Mojang website were easy. No issues. Best Buy gives points so even better.

This is a great game for just about any age. My son, 8, is completely engrossed when he plays it. It allows him to build anything he wants, fight monsters (no blood, you just hit them 3 times and the tip over and vanish), and begin to assemble more complex aspects of the game by building and powering train tracks.

I have wasted so much time playing this game! It is great!!!!

My son loves this game. He's in college and they have tournaments every weekend. He can also play against friends in different colleges.

Not much to say here. The game has been out for years, there's a massive online/youtube following behind it, and it's virtual LEGO - in a way. In short, it's a fun game that teaches and inspires more than it directly claims to, and can have great social appeal.

My son wanted this for his birthday and I though, "How much Minecraft can there be?" but he was insistent, so I purchased it. He was overjoyed an apparently this is way way way more fun than any other Minecraft because you can play with your friends, etc. He's really enjoying it!

Minecraft is a great game for the imagination. You can build nearly anything you want. Plus using other game options you can build things to help you survive.

Love the game. The card makes it so much easier to download then just getting it on line. Would recommend the card to all my friends.

The card itself was easy to use. The game is a lot fun. The problem was the installation. It wasn't as easy as other software downloaded from the net. It could also be we are using Windows 8 and that was the problem. The five minute installation process took over an hour. I miss my wasteful CD's.

Good clean fun for your family - this game is highly additive. Loads of creative thinking can be involved. Great game for the family if you like gaming. Zombies and such might scare really young folk but otherwise it's good clean fun!

This game is like virtual Legos. My 6 year old and 10 year old absolutely love this game! I love watching them play this and then take the imagination and build with real legos/blocks.

This game is fun. There's no denying that. It has everything from dirt to evil dragons. And you can add skins (costumes for your character), maps, and texture packs from the Internet. And if you want you can add mods! You can build anything you can imagine in this game and they keep updating it. But make sure you have a good computer otherwise it lags.

My daughters ages 11 and 14 both play Minecraft on their iPod Touches and wanted the PC version. We bought these download cards for Christmas so they could create their accounts and install the program on our home computers. They like it.

I MADE THIS PURCHASE AS GIFT FOR MY GODSON. GREAT GIFT FOR KIDS WHO ENJOY GAMING ESPECIALLY WHEN GAMES BECOME EXPENSIVE AND ARE USUALLY LEFT EVERYWHERE AT HOME THIS WAY ITS ON THEIR TABLET OR IPAD THEREFORE AVOIDING CLUTTER.

Keeps my daughter happy and busy for hours! The bonus is it’s super creative so it is a game that builds skills and creativity. Highly recommend.

This is a great game for computer and very educational for every buddy that plays it I will definitely recommend a friend or a few to purchase this and download it for their PC and try it out.
