good set but only hard when yuo are in an area no cell coverage but working and happy

Fast, sleek, and easy to install and set up. Highly recommended for those that dont want to pull their hair out setting up a home internet system.

Glitches one in a while. But overall decent in my area.

Had Geeksquad set up. Still had to call comcast to activate and get landline working(hour on phone). 2.4 which I needed at times, would not connect even with password request. NO CUSTOMER support. Phone them? Message that not available. Live chat on APP? Sends you to an email format for support and then an email saying ALL SYSTEMS are down. Returned device.

Nice device. Unfortunately, my ISP didn't address their channel errors, so I had to switch to fiberoptic. If you have cable, the device would perform great if they techs would fix the issues causing disconnects. Be wary even if it is supported by your provider. Their device, however, suspiciously had no issues. I sent the logs to advanced support at Motorola which is how the findings pointed to the ISP.

Needed upgrade to get faster internet and cable. This Motorola Modem has so far not disappointed me yet. It was easy to setup and it is very fast. I have comcast xfinity and this is the modem to use to get. It very compact to display.

This Router work's great with Xfinity/Comcast. If you have a phone land line this has the connection for that and you will not need to get another when you increase speed and it 3.1. so can run giga speed!!!! I`m running at 1gb. rate with no problem and you can go higher with this unit.

Easy to use/set up. Interface is easy to understand

This modem is useless and I have been unable to reach Motorola technical support for more than 2 months. There phone number 512 877 6466 puts you on hold for hours until you give up. The VA is not helpful. Motorola can you please give me a refund of my $400. This is a rip-off. I pay for Xfinity download speed of 1,000 mbps but only receive 124 mbps with this modem. I am extremely frustrated!!!

Very easy to connect and so far works very well. A much better option than renting from Xfinity.

Very Fast, Easy Setup. The phone App is a little confusing but you can always get access to the MT8733 via your computer on internet for set up information about what devices are on your network.

Installed this modem/router on January 25, 2022 and, so far, it is very fast and very stable. The unit's two Comcast compatible telephone outlets are useful and the ability to manage this modem/router via the moto sync app is a nice bonus. While the price of this unit is significant, the quality appears to be excellent—and purchasing this modem/router avoids paying a rental fee to Comcast for its corresponding equipment.

For a Motorola product a im shocked on how bad it is. I want to kick myself for not returning it before the returned window closed. I will try to see what Motorola can do. It shuts off the internet for not apparent reason and my Ring cameras are always loosing connection. Wish I would of just a regular modem and kept my Orbi router.

Finally stopped renting! Super fast! No more disconnect stays connected! Easy to install. My kids have multiple gaming systems does not slow it down. Love it!

Recently upgraded my home system with this, needed to have voice capability for Xfinity. Multiple LAN ports are excellent (1 2.5g, 3 1g), and it was set up within minutes. There has been zero downtime since installation.

Excellent modem router to use with Xfinity. I am a grandmother who is not a tech person but had no problem setting up this equipment. I contacted Xfinity to connect the modem and Motorola to reset/ strengthen the WiFi.

After having it for 4 months it's constantly dropping wifi randomly. I have to reconnect my phone and work laptop at least once a day. Very expensive for what it can't do right. I've had to factory reset and set everything back up. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS!

Ok so far, just the lights are to bright when is left on at night.

Needed a newer modem to replace an outdated one. This one was compatible with Xfinity. It took a day or two to get all the kinks out after hooking it up but it seems to be working adequately now.
