I have had this membership for several years now and have found it to be extremely useful, especially since I make a lot of my electronic purchases at Best Buy. It’s always nice knowing that I can call and we’ll have someone there available to help me and at reduced prices as well.

2017 iMac still up and operational

The geek squad did a very good job at repairing my iMac 2017 27”. I tried to upgrade it to Tahoe 26 and the operating system went crazy, but the geek squad was able to breathe life back into my 2017 iMac. I am so thankful.

Although pricey, it has been of good use. Getting the computer to recognize my printer, setting up Webroot or my other apps, The Geek Squad & the My Best Buy program has been a godsend. It's like the tech version of AAA+ .

My new Whirlpool dryer was defective and didn't dry even one load after delivery and installation. GEEK technician was scheduled in a few days and said repair costs were extensive and recommended replacement. I was required to pay an additional $80 for an upgrade to a boxed machine. Delivery of new machine will be in another week. My membership is fantastic. I think.

This is great as it provides you with guarantee for all purchases and the service has been excellent! For the full year Best Buy has never let me down either by getting great customer service in the store or by chat or by phone the team have been fantastic. I would love to renew but $180 is quite expensive. I’m still contemplating renewal but I cannot fault this membership and service.

Worth every penny. Could not solve an issue that brought my old laptop to a halt. All my hardrive memory was used up but could not figure what was causing that. It forced me to buy thiss new laptop and the rep recommending buying the Total Membership. Well I bought it in and within 10 min the Geek Squard found the issue and restored 100 gig of memory. I can use my old laptop now.

I have made use of Best Buy Total Tech and the Geek Squad for several years. I enjoy the unlimited Geek Squad assistance.
Had it not been for the Geek Squad I would still be trying to set-up my new lap top so it would be usable. Every issue I had I called on the Geek Squad for help. I was not able to load or find HP Smart that needs to be linked to my printer. The tech knew what I was talking about, found the HP Smart info in the system, ran the process to attach it to my lap top and added this interface to my desktop. Another tech was able to attach Gmail under Google to my laptop which I was not able to find. Each technician was thoughtful, courteous, patient and ensured they had addressed my issues prior to disconnecting from my lap top and closing their case.
I also need to learn the different features under Windows 11.

I appreciate the membership as I use it at least 3 times a year. Whether it’s laptop or PC diagnostics, this membership is worth getting after your first repair. If you would get someone to do it for you or an actual computer company, you would absolutely pay double or triple the first time in comparison to the one time membership. I appreciate this service!

Was told by sales person and representative at the Best Buy 800 number that all I had to do was bring my old computer in with new and they would transfer everything in 20 minutes. Had to bring it back and leave it for a day and half. Then when I went to pick them up they couldn’t find my old computer’s charging cord. Has to go back again to pick it up. Sales associate kept saying he’d have to check cameras when he had 2 people telling him that I left the cord. To many trips and over 59 spent on phone with 800 trying to straighten out my account.

Pleased with support so far. They set-up computer as requested and answered all my questions. My only negative thought was that it took two days to set-up computer, that seems a long time to get a new computer ready.

I LOVE my Samsung QLED TV!!!! I got the 50 inch and it's perfect for my family room!!!! What a difference having an excellent quality TV makes!!!! I got a great sale price and am good for any price adjustments for 2 months!! You can't beat a deal like that!!!! Thank you Best Buy!!!!

This membership is ultimately the BEST deal! Member prices in addition to unlimited Geek Squad support are awsome. I also love the fact that I get protection plans on all my purchases. It's a win win all around that produces great eace of mind for me.

It was a bit of a deal to order this laptop. All on my end. The Best Buy employee did a awesome job with helping me!! Good service is hard to get at times!! This was greatly not that way. I call or go there again!
