When i 1st got it i was confused not going to lie and just accepted it when i was at the store and almost thought i was getting scammed later that night due to accidentally buying it without full understanding of what i purchased Little did i expect to see the even higher cost for my computer i dropped off at geek squad costed doubled of what i just paid for a member being entirely reduced to a wonderful 0.

My work laptop stopped functioning completely. Likely, I was in the middle of a systems update and my WIFI stopped working. I was in panic mode! I made my way to Best Buy and joined "Best Buy Total Membership." Their first step was to retrieve my data from the laptop - what a relief! Second step was to reinstall windows and several key applications. Wow! What a Relief. I was back to working in a day. Finally, the Best Buy Geek Squad reassured me throughout and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend!

I use the geek squad store consutations for computer problems very often and would recommend this plan to all the other people who I see there, who do not have it. It is such a valuable benefit and that is just one benefit. Having extra time for returns, fast free shipping, and special offers also come with this. Discounts on several services like TV mounting and repairs makes this an exceptional value.

I’ve waited to purchase a drone for years but finally got this one. When it first came I got a return with missing pieces but the store was super helpful in rectifying the error and two days later a new one came. The app is kind of trash like it was rushed with numerous simple spelling errors like cornected instead of connected cancle instead of cancel. Same with the manual, I have to go back to the store because after two hours of flight which was awesome to fly the camera gimble won’t recalibrate. Haven’t crashed or had hard landing so this sucks but still love having a drone. Only bought this one because bestbuy has zero drones with obstacle avoidance as an option. The front legs are longer than the rear which seems odd, why not have the rear the same length for LEVEL landing.

I had an amazing experience at Best Buy! The employee working in the radio install garage went above and beyond. Even though the store was short-staffed on the floor, they stepped in and helped me find and purchase the perfect radio. Their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to assist made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Truly outstanding customer servic. Thank you for going the extra mile!

The Geek Squad support is worth the price of the membership alone. These folks have been very helpful and responsive to my needs. I especially like the fact that appointments can be made to meet with the Squad and they take the appointment times seriously. The only drawback to setting up an appointment is talking with a representative with a thick foreign accent which makes communication difficult at times.

If you love tech, want peace of mind, and want a ease of use membership than I definitely recommend BestBuy's Total membership. this has proven very useful, especially with its VIP features like price match. This allowing you not only to get cheaper prices, but also great warranties along with protection through BestBuy.

I am very happy that I paid for the Best Buy Total to have me new laptop set up by the Geek Squad. They copied everything I needed from my old laptop to the new one, making the transition very easy for me. When I needed help trying to load another program a few days after bringing it home, I easily made an appointment and got the help I needed. While it has been helpful so far, it cost much more than I was expecting because it is for a whole year. I do not anticipate needing help with the laptop again, as it is new. I would have liked an option to just pay to have the computer setup done without being obligated to purchase the whole "package".

I was thoroughly disappointed that Best Buy canceled my credit card for lack of use during COVID & not using immediately after COVID. I learned by going into the store, however, I still purchase best buy products & the total membership gives me the coverage I need. They asked if I wanted to get the credit card back & I stated "No thank you" but the Total Membership is working for what I need.

A membership as warranties is great to ensure your product's lifeline. So far i didn't need it so far, but it's always a good investment, you never know what could happen and best buy's warranties have solved some issues in the past when i needed. UPDATE: Sadly nowadays the attendant didn't offer me the membership because it's not offered anymore. Such i shame when i didn't keep it. It was awesome to add new buys on it.

It’s a real deal. If you shop at Best Buy then I think that this is a must have, if you had the membership when you purchased an item and then that items price goes down you can price match it which means you get some money back. You can also return for a longer period after you buy and item. I think that if you shop at Best Buy once in a while or a lot it is a must have and will save you a lot of money. Overall it is a great thing to have.

I need to give an excellent star rating for a recent experience. I had an Epson 15000 All-In-One that malfunctioned. The one-year warranty expired around five months ago. To my surprise, I had a two-year warranty with my Geek Squad Protection Plan. I was given two choices: take a store credit and look for a replacement, or exchange for the same machine. I chose the latter. I am very satisfied with this service.

Could not be happier with signing up for the Best Buy Total Membership. Wish I'd done it sooner - already my bp is down :) I do not have to try to figure things out on my own. The store is close by, I can make an appointment on-line, the help is 100% amazing. I have already made my money back with all the things they've 'fixed' for me. One happy customer!!

Computers just like cars are getting more complicated to use for us, let’s say more mature folks. I am up in age and teaching this old dog nee tricks is rough. The Geek team have been great to work with. They set up my new machine and updated all the apps and showed me how to move ovrr all my Microsoft 365 software. Great experience and great folks!
