New laptop, HP

I can't find photos, they are no longer in original files. It's a frustrating mess. My usage is simple or should be simple. I use for email, news, taking photographs and selling on eBay. Yes, I thank goodness for my extra warranty. I am a invalid and have problems getting to the store, but need to make an appointment to get this issue straight. I don't want iCloud or One Pay, Keep it simple for a 84 year old! I recommend the HP Laptop, I do not like Microsoft.

I did not realize the many benefits of a membership for Geek Squad but the lovely lady was very knowledgeable and I told me all about it. I recommend to everyone who ever has a cause to use the Geek Squad to get a membership TODAY. You will never regret it!

I have never had anything less than the best customer service no matter what area I go in the knowledge of everyone there is so awesome from management owned down to the employees. I love Best Buy and I hope that I do get a chance to win this $400 gift card. I just moved in my home and I am needing more things for it. I will only use Best Buy I trust the warranties. I trust what they show me to use as far as any equipment. Sometimes I come in. I feel so lost. They help me they show me how to use whatever I am buying. I appreciate the fact that they even take care of me the way they do. I recently bought a washer and dryer. It is so beautiful a dream come true for me because it’s the pair that like thank you to all the employees for always being so kind

Salute kito Membership

I definitely spent less and earned more perks than I would if I didn't have the membership; I'm able to bring all of my devices in that require service without any questions asked. The hospitality, knowledge and professionalism of the Geek Squad is a great bonus. I was treated with respect and importance. Thanks for catering to my concerns and taking pride in what you do.

My best purchase in 2026

Without it, I would have had to pay several hundred dollars more for the same service. In addition, extended warranties on new devices, free shipping, and a generous return policy makes this plan a no brainer.

I think Best Buy could also boast for the same. We now lived in an era that is practically ran by technology. Best Buy store is and has been my first choice when it comes to computers, printers and other devices that are now a necessity to live our lives competitively and quickly. Because of that demand to run our lives efficiently nowadays, membership with Best Buy is well worth it. It's the best advice I could give to my friends and loved ones to keep their electronic devices in tip top shape. When visiting Best Buy, don't leave the store without it.

The Geep Squad Fixed my Hacked Computer

They suggested purchasing a Geek Squad annual membership which saved me money. I was told that the repair might take 3-4 days, but it was ready the following morning. With the new membership, I plan to take the computer in every 6 months for a routine maintenance and cleaning from now on. Great service and great people!

I was hesitant at first but it’s SO worth it

While talking with the geek squad agent she mentioned that the membership would allow me to get free services and tech support for a full year at the price I would’ve payed for the single appointment. I ended up having some more tech issues shortly after this appointment and the membership saved me $200-300 in tech support!

Love Geek Squad NOT AI

They took care of my quickly & my laptop is working great and it is good cuz they cleaned it up. I don’t care 1 iota for AI. “IT” is a waste of my time. When a person calls the Geek Squad for help we should sent direvtly there. Who needs AI. Certainly not moi!!!

MacBook Nero Experience

I had them transfer all my info from my old laptop to my new. They were very professional and gave me great service. I’m now a MacBook Nero owner and I’m glad I made the switch. I was a longtime HP laptop user but I am enjoying the smaller but better laptop for my day to day life.

Totally impressed and not

I do however, have issue with buying a new Mac and being told I could not get the 20 minute instructional on the Mac when I was picking up a computer that had a hard drive erased, another that was to have its drive moved to the Mac, and picking up the Mac (that did not have set up the apps I requested) that was not ready. Only to be told I had to set up another appointment when an in-person agent originally set up the appointment knew my situation and assured me I would be given a 20 minute lesson on the Mac. One agent tried to be as helpful as possible as the other was trying to rid of me. In the end I was asked if we were I was good (my first Mac). I asked how to shut it off. That should be at the basic of instruction. Just because they know does not mean I know. Most of the techs were wonderful, but one ruined my experience. When I asked how to shut it off, I think she realized I was clueless and really needed help. Instead I found a place on my Mac that walks me through some of the basic issues and have reached out to friends or You Tube for other concerns. Something that could have been explained by the techs in a 20 minute walk through. After spending that much money and telling them my fears of transitioning to a Mac from a PC, they should have been more understanding.
