    Quality service. Bought the Total membership for discounted data transfer fee from old computers, set up, and tech support ... all of which came in handy. Would have rated 5 stars if it would have been easier to speak with someone in the store rather than being transferred to India every time I called in. Support was effective, but was a hassle to get assistance. ended up having to drive up to the store to speak with an associate.

    Kobe helped me with my computer problem two times, the last time and this time. I made a review last time, but I am willing to write it again. I am not familiar with computers at all, but he was very patient with me and led me in the correct direction. I appreciated his help each time. It was a great decision for me to become a Best Buy total member. He is always on the client's side. Thank you so much, Kobe and GeekSquad! Harumi T

    I had a major problem with my computer (virus related). When I went to the Geek Squad, they advised me it could be fixed for about $200.00, and I approved the repair. But then, the technician advised me about your maintenance program that costs less INCLUDING the repair saving me over $50.00, and now I have sound mind that I have a maintenance program in place. Very pleased with service.

    Some of the systems were down and I was able to get the full support while I was there. He told me how to load the new Microsoft Office software at home. May come back to the store for additional support as I have 10 months left on my membership.

    This membership is hooked to outsourced intervention, (re: South America ) in my case, and is extremely hard, and nearly impossible, to be placed in touch with the service agent that was originally hands on with my phone assessment, at Best Buy in Leominster Massachusetts. I paid for the membership thinking it would be a great access to, hands on, technical assistance. You can't just simply call the Leominster store. And the two persons, I spoke with on the phone recently to attempt making contact, actually lied to me about access. I had called to inquire about fake emails I am receiving from outside sources with exactly the amount I paid for my membership demanding 2 year payment for the exact amount I Paid. SO IT IS OBVIOUS BEST BUY IS SHARING OUR INFORMATION with secondary outsourcing. I am disappointed and am reporting this to the Federal Government for fraud.

    With as many products as I buy yearly I'm happy to have this protection that is provided to me with my Total Tech Membership. I especially enjoy the help I get from Geek Squad and the 2 year protection or Apple Care+ I get on my products while having this memberships.

    I went to the store to look at laptop, computers and shelves and HP 17 inch but I wanted to think it over so I came back home and I’m looking on the website they had another 17 inch which was a little less so I called and talked to a Spencer, and he assures me that the lady that helped me at the store would get credit if they do that and the one I looked at first would be the best choice and I could order it over the phone. Go in when it came in and just go over to the geek squad and they would download my other one and I’ll be out of there well when I got to the store, they said oh you need an appointment with the geek squad and so now where I live in Hemet and I am traveling to Menifee. It was just go on home and will call you when it’s ready while I’m 85 years old and traveling back-and-forth is not some thing I wanted to do. that’s why I called him rather than making a second trip to the store. It seems he could’ve informed me that I needed to make an appointment before I came back over to pick it up so now I’ve made three trips to the store and cannot say it was one of my better experiences. I’m sure this will not be a winner, but it seems maybe you could all get together and let people. That they need to make an appointment before they get there so this doesn’t happen to someone else I’m sure this won’t get the best seller reward but maybe it will help other people don’t know what to do

    Best Buy total plus not only gives you discounts on certain items and member special only pricing but covers all your devices for up to 24 months. The only issue I’ve had is with TVs and manufacturer warranties that you have to go through if the product is within one year and fails. Those manufacturer warranties are not as good so caveat emptor on things like TVs displays and any Apple products that need to be serviced directly through Apple. Otherwise pretty much everything else if it breaks they’ll either replace it or give you a gift card with the price you paid for the item so still well worth it.

    I recently got a TCL speaker to go with my TCL TV, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The setup was super easy, and the sound quality is miles ahead of the TV’s built-in speakers. Dialogue is clear, music is rich, and movies feel more immersive with the added bass.     I love my Best Buy card, and no interest it makes it possible for me to purchase items with no issue knowing I will be good and not be in a cycle of owing money. Planning to one day buy a house and will definitely be using my card to make all my big items purchases.

    The gentleman in the Brick store was very knowledgeable about the membership and what he was doing to repair my pc. He explained what he was doing and why he had to do it to get my problem solved. I highly recommend the membership to everyone. i have recommended the membership to a few friends and they all feel the same way I do.

    This is a great value. We bought 2 new laptops to replace our old one. Had the software added to both laptops. Bought a new thumb drive. So we can update a laptop when we get to our second location. No more need to keep bringing laptop from location to location.

    Absolutely needed to have professional service for my workstation laptop, it's my income and the Besy Buy Geek squad was on their game and even provided best pricing for needed hard drive, I checked...couldn't beat the price the squad provided, best value for my money and flawless service, what else it there?

    My Dell laptop was taken in for servicing due to a bluescreen loop. It turns out the drive was known to have issues, and production stopped long ago (although there was never a recall or information provided to indicate it would fail sooner than later). Because of this, I was told none of my information could be retrieved or saved. Bummer. Overall, the techs were nice, communicative, and efficient, all things considered.

    Basically, you either pay $70 or more for fixing your computer that was attacked or pay the $180 for the annual Geek Squad coverage subscription. For that reason, it was worth getting and they did clean up the issue, plus backed up the computers data at no extra charge.

    I have really enjoyed having this membership. I have been able to utilize it a few times when I have had issues with my devices. Best Buy makes the experience super easy and replaces/repairs your device with no problem. I recommend to everyone that I can. I use it to cover my PlayStation 5, iPad, iPhone, ear buds, TV's, etc...

    I am a 88 yr old grandma that relied on my grandson to help me out when I bought electronics and he helped set up whatever I bought. He moved far away. The computer he set up for me 9 years ago died. The young employees at Best Buy took the place of my grandson—very patient and kind. I was so nervous about picking out a computer and getting all the information transferred to my new computer, My anxiety melted away when I met the Geeksquad.
