    We have had one of these since 2008 and it has help reduce the clutter of receipts. Make reciept preparation for tax time once you have mastered the program

    I bought the original Neat Receipts scanner 10 years ago and it still works, however the manufacturer of the scanner stopped making drivers to support it so I had to buy this scanner. The reason I bring this up is that I use the new Neatworks software with their new scanner and continue to enjoy the same great service I've had from them for the last ten years. The scanner is color and works well. It scans at a fast rate and gets everything right the first time.

    I cant get it to scan, there is no support other than to pay for it. no initial set up help. phone automated system is not working when I was looking for help. Trying to get help is impossible . I waited too long now I extended my return so I,m out 100 bucks for something that does not work!!!! I have the neat nm1000 . I thought it would be a great feature to have but its been a hassle trying to figure it out!!! piece of trash as far as I'm concerned.
