Overall it does a good job of cleaning. It will not go into all rooms.

I have not had any issues with the vacuum at all except one. If you get this, place no go lines around your tables or chairs. If the vacuum barely fits, it will struggle to navigate out of it (for example, a chair) and might damage the furniture slightly. As long as you take that precaution, everything will be just fine.

I've had a few problems setting it up but support has been great helping me to resolve my issues. It does a great job cleaning and like my old & retired Neato it does not run into my furniture and I really like that it cleans in a pattern and does not randomly clean. Great vacuum!

We have been looking for a robot vacuum for a few weeks, and we were getting very frustrated with the lack of knowledge on these products, by the various sales personnel in retail stores. We happened to go into Best Buy, and were surprised to see several makes and models on the shelf. A young salesman, named Chad came to help us, and we told him what we were looking for, and he took the time to tell us the various features for several different makes and models. He pointed out that this model D4 had many features that some higher priced units did not have. He did not high pressure us, just pointed out the benefits. We purchased this model, and we are still on a learning curve, and I went into the store, saw him, and he answered all of my questions. Believe me, in this day and age, that is a rarity!

Easy to setup and then you can forget it! The only downside is the model we got takes awhile to clean our house as it must go back to charge in between cleanings. It is also a bit loud which is difficult as I am working from home. This normally wouldn’t be an issue though.

I upgraded from a Roomba. This works great and works on our oriental rug! I tried to research other robot vacs because our Roomba would not go on our oriental rug, and I’m glad this one does. It cleans thoroughly and maps a room very well.

We bought this in preparation for the arrival of our new baby to help keep up with the daily cleaning. It is 1000% worth the money! We have a large, short haired dog that sheds like crazy. We set the vacuum to run every other day and it is amazing to come home to a clean floor. It runs on a schedule or I can manually start it from my phone. It transitions over all surfaces without difficulty but it does manage to find any stray cord possible. It even manages well on our thick high-pile carpet that the regular vacuum gets bogged down on. The filter gets nasty pretty quick and is a cotton-like material that shreds so new filters will be a frequent purchase. Neato tech support was great when I had a question. But, again... I’d buy this robot 10 more times for how much it has helped with daily cleaning!!

So for a long time I’ve contemplated buying a robot vacuum. After doing much research, the best robot vacuum appeared to be a neato (for my needs). We need it mainly for the living spaces and kitchen as we have two dogs. This vacuum has been such a help and struggle less to vacuum all in one sitting using my upright vacuum. You can schedule cleanings via the app, it scans your home and can make boundaries of where the vacuum shouldn’t go, and it connects to Alexa! I wanted to get the newer model, but couldn’t convince myself to spend that much money. So if you’re in the same boat, this older model is amazing! No regrets on getting this model and I got it when it was on sale! Awesome deal!

Overall this was a good purchase. Bought on a Christmas time sale for $130 off. Did have some issues recognizing our wifi. Had to move it to an unlikely spot to receive a signal. She does a great job cleaning!

Purchased this when it was on sale for $300, overall worth the money. Picks up more dirt than our regular vacuum. Only issue I have is sometimes it can't find the dock.

We had to return our original Neato as the battery died 9 months in. We LOVED it. It had an onscreen display so taht it would tell you why it stopped. i.e. "empty bin" or if an item was stuck, or if it needed to be charged. We were too impatient to wait for ours to be sent back and fixed, so we upgraded to this. This one has not once synced with my app, it does not have the brush that rotates on the edges so we still have to sweep edges or our kitchen. Also, this one has broken so we need to return it. We had to tape it up.

Works great except under my kitchen cabinets. It has never gotten stuck. Overall ok but you will still need to supplementary clean up after it in the kitchen.

Got to say, we’re a little surprised how much we like this. We can run it as often as we want, which is way more than we would drag our regular vacuum out. It keeps the carpets fluffed and we believe it polishes the wood floors with the clear vinyl parts on the brush. We put some chairs and things out of the way and pick up lightweight throw rugs on the wood floors. It goes under a lot of heavy furniture our regular vac couldn’t. It’ll grab the occasional charging cable end that fell on the floor. The house has got to be cleaner. Overall very happy with it.

This robot, Hazel, picks up and incredible amount of sand, hair, paper, Surprises me how good of job it does when the carpets look clean. It also leaves the laminate floors with a nice polished look.

Really impressed how well it works, especially with the "fencing" feature. Our home is not that big (about 1800 Sq Ft with 1/3rd hardwood floors), and there are only two of us with no pets, but it still takes two charges to complete the cleaning process. The only problem is that the bin fills about 3/4 of the way after the first round, so we have to empty it. Bottom line, we only run it while we are home. More expensive unit have larger bins, and one actually empties itself. Bottom line, we like it and it works for us.

This is an excellent robot vacuum. We especially like how it doesn't just go around the room randomly - Neato goes around the borders of a room to map it and then strategically covers all the ground within. Returns itself to the dock to charge mid-clean and then resumes where it left off in the house. Does a great job at actually vacuuming things up. Would highly recommend.

It is my favourite toy! I run it every other day, move some of the furniture out of its way and let it clean the house. And after cleaning, it provides a cleaning report! It divides the house into several sections and cleans them one by one systematically, running the circumference first and then the inside. This is my second Neato and I will ONLY use Neato.

Purchased this on the recommendation of my Daughter-in-Law. For the sale price of $299, this unit works well. While the battery life could be longer, we have had little or no trouble with it vacuuming when it is scheduled. We are impressed with the amount of dirt it picks up. I would not pay the retail price for this unit as others are out there in the $500 price range with some additional, but not necessary, added features. At $299, this is the unit to buy.
