Bought this Cable modem so I could stop paying rental to Time Warner Cable, Modem worked great for 3 months then the upstream light would not change from orange to green, tried troubleshooting with Time Warner for about an hour without success, returned the modem for an upgrade CM600 gave Time Warner the mac address and instantly I got internet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
