    I wasn't sure what product I was expected to get. I went in with a sheet from the Internet provider and s lot of questions. Fortunately I found a team member who was very knowledgeable and helpful who helped me make my purchase.

    I purchased this to replace an Xfinity modem that stopped working. I needed one that would allow phone calls and this fit the bill. No issues and I recommend this to anyone in the market for a replacement modem whether you need phone capability or not.

    I purchased this to replace the Xfinity supplied modem/router. This modem and especially my OnHub Google router work GREAT together. I have one cable to the back of my TV, everything is truly wireless. Speeds and picture quality are outstanding. The payoff versus leasing is tremendous. Thanks again Best Buy to have the products that WORK
