Setup with Ixinity worked the first time. No issues.

I think this product is great for cable alone, It does not have wifi capabilities and will need a router for wifi accessibility. It is sleek, compact, and fits well into small places. I needed wifi and chose another modem that has wifi capabilities. I think this is an awesome and inexpensive alternative for cable only.

We are using this product with the Netgear Nighthawk and everything is working great.

I purchased this because I had another Netgear modem and router. When I started having problems with my new service, I thought it was the modem going bad(it was in a storage unit for a year and sat unused for another year). After hooking this one up and registering it with the cable company and having the same issue, it was determined that the signal coming into the house was "too strong".

Modem does the trick, works flawless for over a year now and happy with the purchase.

I purchased this modem, but it does not have voice/phone capability. I needed to upgrade my modem and I was also moving my landline to VOIP. I needed a cable modem that has voice, but this one does not so I had to return it. It otherwise has the same specs as the model I bought after returning this one. I have not had any issues with the unit I'm using.
