    I have cable (charter) signal into my house. The set up was easy this was a replacement to an already set up wi fi system in my house. Have used this product (Netgear CM500 Modem) for a few weeks now. Seems to work OK, I think if I had to do it over I would have bought the next one up. Sometimes it seems to load up, other times not. If you do any serious gaming (I don't) you should not get this one. For what I do I guess it's fine.
