Didn't need this after all!

Failed in less than a month

Both of them worked great at the beginning, but failed in about 30 days. I tried dealing with netgear service, which was a joke. I knew the modem was bad but they insisted it was everyone else's fault but theirs. Now have a Motorola modem and so far so good!

Could not get the modem to work with centrylink

However, after spending hours on the phone with the modem company, they couldn't get it to work either. So I used an old modem that Centurylink had originally given my mom when service was first installed and it worked Great!!.However I'd love to have some of the people who said it would work, tell me how they did it!! I'm 99% sure it's not the modem's fault!!
