    The new system is easy to use. Great for work. The staff was helpful in putting my equipment together. They returned to my home when i had issues. I received 2 follow up calls as well. Thank you Best Buy and Geek squad.

    Geek squad got my sons laptop running nice and smooth after a tune up. The price was reasonable and the process was super easy. They remotely logged in and I had the service done right from the comfort of my home!

    Dropped off my new laptop to have network adapter repaired. Picked up several days later and it was working great. Six days later my laptop abruptly says there is no network adapter installed. Store doesn't take phone calls.
