The agent was very helpful and understanding about the issue of my slow computer. He cleared much garbage thet he claimed was making it so slow. Unfortunately I have not had a chance to use my computer to see if it has helped with any response time.

The agent had to do a clean up on my laptop computer. The fee was ok for a one time service. It helped my computer run better. It was done over the phone, quick and easy.
