Knew very little and openly admitted not working on Mac’s much. Said there would be a call back after something was finished and there was not a call back. Try to get the same tech and that is an impossible task!

their agent are not professionals, they will just update your computers out of dated some softwares. if you are looking for more professional service this is not for you. Waste of time, WASTE OF MONEY!!!! Refund my money now!!!!

Online support asked very little questions about my issue. They wanted me to go to store. The store immediately told me they couldn’t do it and didn’t even really try to help. It was a complete waste of time and money.

The agent got me printing again and repaired issues that were plaguing my computer! Fantastic Support

A few times a year I call the Geek Squad for remote tune up on my computer. I have had awesome customer service with every request and highly recommend that people do this to their systems. It is affordable if you don't have a service contract. If you do have a service contract it in included. I will be contacting the Geek Squad within the next 6 months to tune up again. Thank you Geek Squad! :)

Back in April (covid tine)needed my laptop cleaned up, geek squad did it on line. Professional, fast, and knowledgeable

My computer was turning itself off soon after I started it up, not sure what the problem is but I explained all of this to the tech. She said they could remotely fix it, so I paid for it. After it was completed she said they set up a restoration point. The problem still is not fixed, I tried to restore it. Still did not work. It will no longer stay on long enough for me to try anything else.

Didn’t fix anything, said everything was fixed, immediately crashed after lol

The agent from geek squad was friendly and was able to do a tune up on my laptop as well as install virus protection. It did take a few hrs to do but at the end everything works and it's been working.

They got in got out it was fixed in a little bit they did have to transfer

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer, but that has ended. I was having random shut downs with my laptop, contacted the geek squad via remote repair/tune-up. My computer was remotly controlled by the tech. and after 7 hours+ I noticed nothing happening, and no reply from the agent?? I called questioning the lack of anything- was told to bring my laptop to the store, not being told that I needed an appt for the Geeks- The next day another 1+ waiting only to find they cant do anything regarding my remote session?? 2+ hours later... Home again- long storey short after another 3hrs of calls and being on terminal hold, I demanded a refund- put on hold again, and was told in a short snippy way- my refund should be posted to my account in 5-7 days... Beyond Poor Customer Service.

Great tuneup for my Samsung all-in-one computer. Got it all running so much quicker!

After searching online to find the best possible solution for the best price to fix a virus on my laptop we chose the Geek Squad and are very happy with the quick resolution
