    My computer was running slow so I bought a tune up and the Geek Squad team fixed my problems! It's amazingly easy and just plain amazing that they can do all they need to do remotely without coming to my house or without me having to take my computer anywhere!

    I HAD TO CALL BACK 3 TIMES AND MY COMPUTER IS STILL SCREWED UP!!! I can't find where anything I save to my desktop goes. When I try to upload anything from my desktop there are 4 different desktop lables and I can't find what I need. I have to have someone come in to fix what they screwed up!!!! I would take a picture but I wouldn't be able to find it to put on here!!

    their agent are not professionals, they will just update your computers out of dated some softwares. if you are looking for more professional service this is not for you. Waste of time, WASTE OF MONEY!!!! Refund my money now!!!!

    A few times a year I call the Geek Squad for remote tune up on my computer. I have had awesome customer service with every request and highly recommend that people do this to their systems. It is affordable if you don't have a service contract. If you do have a service contract it in included. I will be contacting the Geek Squad within the next 6 months to tune up again. Thank you Geek Squad! :)

    Knew very little and openly admitted not working on Mac’s much. Said there would be a call back after something was finished and there was not a call back. Try to get the same tech and that is an impossible task!
